ProgressPlay Limited Sister Sites

UK Gambling Commission account 39335, ProgressPlay Limited, carried 191 domain rows on the register's export of 17 September 2026: 20 Active, 96 White Label and 75 Inactive. 116 are live, the second-largest single-licence estate in Great Britain after Jumpman Gaming's.

Between the register exports of 19 August and 17 September 2026, 8 White Label domains on account 39335 changed to Inactive: betelite.com, mrvegascasino.com, www.bbcasino.com, www.casinonz.com, www.gatobet.com, www.mangocasino.com, www.rhcasino.com, www.thebettercasino.com. Live domains fell from 124 to 116. The register does not say why or on which day.

On 9 May 2025 the Gambling Commission gave ProgressPlay Limited a warning, attached a licence condition requiring a third-party audit within six months of the review concluding, and imposed a financial penalty of £1,000,000, for breaching anti-money-laundering licence conditions 12.1.1 and 12.1.2 and social responsibility code 3.4.3 on customer interaction. The announcement on 21 August 2025 said the breaches ran between August 2021 and August 2024, called it the second time ProgressPlay had faced enforcement action, and described the company as running 134 websites.

On 17 May 2022 the Gambling Commission announced that Progress Play Limited, "which runs 201 websites", would pay £175,718 in a regulatory settlement after investigations found social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures. Jumpman Gaming was announced in the same release at £500,000.

The register's business page for account 39335 gives ProgressPlay Limited's head office as Kolonakiou 26, Office No.18, Agios Athanasios, Limassol, 4103, Cyprus, and lists three remote activities under licence 039335-R-319313-021: casino from 1 November 2014, general betting (real event) from 17 December 2018 and bingo from 23 August 2024. The brands' terms give the Malta registered office; footers on Fruity King, Conquer Casino, Betsuna and jeffbet.com give both addresses.

ProgressPlay's brands state the existence of their own network in the welcome-offer small print and cite the regulator for it. The sentence reads "Limited to 5 brands within the network." and the word "network" is a hyperlink to the Gambling Commission's domain list for account 39335. Eight of the ten brands fetched on 4 September 2026 carried that link; on 17 September, 15 of the 89 homepages that answered carried the cap.

On 8 May 2024 the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint against ProgressPlay Ltd t/a JeffBet (ruling A23-1223286). A sports offer said "New Players Only" when it applied only to players new to the whole ProgressPlay network. The ASA considered consumers "unlikely to understand the term 'ProgressPlay Network'" and said the ad should at a minimum have linked to a list of every ProgressPlay-owned gambling site.

The brands' terms publish the operator's corporate identity in full: "operated by ProgressPlay Limited of Soho Office, 3A, Punchbowl Centre, Elia Zammit Street, St. Julians, STJ3154, Malta. ProgressPlay is a limited liability company registered in Malta (C58305), that is licensed and regulated by Malta Gaming Authority and operates under a License Number of MGA/B2C/231/2012 issued on 16th April, 2013; ProgressPlay Limited is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39335." The UKGC account number matches the register exactly.

Three domains on this account are also listed against a different licensee, Inactive there and White Label here: jazzyspins.com (Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, 58267), chitchatbingo.com (Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, 57869) and redaxeplay.com (AG Communications Limited, 39483). The same brand on the same domain appears under two licensees with one switched off — a change of operator preserved in the public record. The register publishes no dates, so none are claimed.

Terms pages were compared sentence by sentence across five brands. Within one cluster — Casino Kings, Vegas Mobile, Fruity King and Conquer Casino — 260 to 287 sentences match pairwise. Measured against Wombat, the same documents share only 135 to 139. This operator runs at least two legal templates where Jumpman runs one.

Eight lottery-branded domains sit on this casino licence with status White Label, among them www.lottery.co.uk, www.national-lottery.com, www.euro-millions.com and www.lotto.net. Their homepages present as lottery results and news sites rather than casino lobbies, and no operator statement or licence number was found on lottery.co.uk or national-lottery.com; irishlottery.com does promote casino titles by name. This review states only that the domains are on the licence — what each serves a UK visitor has not been captured, and nothing is inferred about the licensed National Lottery operator.

75 domains on this account carry status Inactive, among them jackpotparadise.com, goldmancasino.com, dazzlecasino.com, aceluckycasino.com, lioncasino.com, grandmasterjack.com and, since the register export of 17 September 2026, gatobet.com and betelite.com. The register publishes status but never the date it changed, so no closure date is claimed for any of them.

Of the 116 live domains on account 39335, 89 homepages answered a plain request on 17 September 2026. 17 carry a sports-betting section or a sports welcome offer, among them JeffBet, Betrino, Betsuna, MogoBet, Winissimo, Casino Kings and Fruity King. 11 print "Limited to 1 sport & 5 casino brand/s within the network." A further 36 returned only the account platform's app shell, all on build _f_6r6AYNkm_hezHdZO52.

The account platform's public configuration names its sports hosts "delaSportDesktop" and "delaSportMobile", pointing at websport.casino-pp.net and mobilesport.casino-pp.net. Delasport announced on 23 November 2020 that it had become Progress Play's sportsbook provider, supplying a sportsbook iFrame.

Unlike Jumpman Gaming, which runs one welcome offer word for word across its estate, ProgressPlay's brands run different offers. Captured from a GB exit IP on 4 September 2026: Fruity King 100% up to £100 plus 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza; Casino Kings deposit £20 and get 100 free spins; Vegas Mobile up to £1,000 plus 100 free spins on Buffalo Blitz and Starburst; Wombat 50 free spins on Bigger Bass Splash. The maximum bonus conversion differs too — £5 on Wombat, £20 on Fruity King and Vegas Mobile, £30 on Casino Kings.

Monster Casino and Conquer Casino quoted their welcome package in euros and dollars to British visitors. Captured from a GB exit IP on 4 September 2026, Monster's tile read "Welcome Package Up To €/$1000 + 250 Free Spins on Starburst" and Conquer's "100% Welcome Bonus Up to €/$100 + 10 Free Spins On Starburst"; fetching the same pages from a non-UK connection returned identical figures, so the GB build was not localising. Fruity King, on the same licence, carries separate geo-gb and geo-row blocks in its own HTML and shows £100 to a UK visitor.
