Kindred Group plc Sister Sites

Unibet, 32Red and bingo.com are all registered to Platinum Gaming Limited, UK Gambling Commission account 45322, licence 045322-R-324275-019, of Kindred House, 17 Hartfield Road, London, SW19 3SE, United Kingdom. The register lists five domains against it: www.unibet.co.uk and touch.unibt.co.uk (Active), www.32red.com (Active), and uk.bingo.com and uk-m.bingo.com (White Label).

32Red's own site footer independently confirms the register: “Platinum Gaming Limited is regulated and licensed by The Great British Gambling Commission (under Account number 45322)… 32Red® is an approved brand operated by Platinum Gaming Limited.” It also gives Gibraltar licences 091 and 092 for non-GB customers.

32Red Limited, account 39430 of 401 World Trade Centre, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar, surrendered its remote casino and betting licences on 12 March 2025. All seven of its trading names — 32Red, 32RedSport, Casino Splendido, Dash, Golden lounge, Nedplay and Roxy Palace — are now listed Inactive. The 32Red brand continues on Platinum Gaming's licence; the other six do not continue anywhere.

Repeat anti-money-laundering and safer-gambling failures, two years after the first penalty. The money-laundering risk assessment did not account for customers whose accounts had already been closed over money-laundering concerns, so previously blocked customers could re-register. One customer lost £5,000 within 24 hours of registering and more than £16,000 within three months without being contacted; another lost over £31,000 across nine months while repeatedly hitting monthly loss limits. Official warning plus a mandatory independent third-party audit of AML and safer-gambling controls.

Social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures. One customer was allowed to deposit £43,000 and lose £36,000 inside seven days, with the operator accepting the customer's word on affordability without further checks. AML financial triggers were set too high, and customers asked for source-of-funds evidence were generally left free to deposit and gamble during the two weeks they were given to respond. Official warning issued. Separately and on the same date, Platinum Gaming Limited was fined £2.9m after self-excluded or blocked customers were able to evade the block by opening a second account.

Kindred Group plc is owned by FDJ, the French national lottery operator. FDJ's tender offer succeeded on 3 October 2024 with 90.66% of shares tendered, at a value of about €2.5bn, and the group was consolidated from 11 October 2024. It now trades as FDJ United.

We checked whether the 2024 change of ownership brings any further UK sister sites, and it does not. FDJ United's only other Great Britain licence is held by FDJ Gaming Solutions UK Limited, account 3456 — and that is a gambling SOFTWARE licence (non-remote and remote, both active since 1 January 2009) with zero trading names and zero domain names registered against it. It supplies technology; it operates no consumer-facing site. Relax Gaming, the B2B casino supplier Kindred took full ownership of for €295m, is likewise a supplier licence rather than an operator. So at licence level, at Kindred level and at ultimate-parent level, the UK-facing estate is the same three brands.

Unibet and bingo.com serve near-identical homepage boilerplate — both open with “Join our community of players for fun, excitement, and big wins” above the same circular vertical-selector component — and Unibet and 32Red run the same welcome mechanic on the same game (300 and 320 Big Bass Splash spins respectively, both at 10x wagering, both restricted to debit card or instant bank transfer). Consistent with one shared platform behind all three.

Kindred runs roughly nine consumer brands worldwide across thirteen local licences, which is where the higher brand counts quoted elsewhere come from. Only three of them hold Great Britain entitlement. iGame, Storspiller, Kolikkopelit and the group's other Nordic and Eastern European brands operate under separate national licences and have never been available to UK customers, so they cannot be opened from the UK and are not sister sites in any sense that helps a UK player.

Stan James is not a current Kindred sister site. Kindred acquired Stan James's online business for £19m in 2015, announced in October 2017 that it would retire the brand to concentrate UK activity on Unibet, and closed Stan James Online on 26 February 2018, migrating its customers to the Unibet platform. It holds no GB entitlement today.

Maria Casino closed to UK customers on 7 May 2019, with logins allowed for withdrawals only until 14 May 2019, as Kindred concentrated its UK business on Unibet and 32Red. It still trades in Nordic markets, which is why directories continue to list it as a current UK sister site.
