This page shows 3 of the five screenshot slots we aim for. Two slots are missing for specific reasons: the promotions page returned an error to the capture service on both attempts, and the homepage served a bot-protection challenge at mobile width. The offer wording quoted here was read from Kitty Bingo's own pages over an ordinary request instead. Everything described below was read from Kitty Bingo's own English pages; we would rather show you no picture than the wrong casino's.

  • THE OPERATOR NAMES ITS OWN SISTER SITES. Clause 1.2 of the terms, identical on all 11 sites read: "We are part of The Rank Group Plc group of companies (the “Rank Group”) which operates gaming venues in Europe and websites and mobile applications under the Bella Casino, Grosvenor Casinos, Mecca Bingo, Mecca Games, Kitty Bingo, Lucky Pants Bingo, Lucky VIP, Magical Vegas, Regal Wins, Rialto Casino, The Vic, Spin&Win, Enracha, YoCasino, YoBingo and YoSports brands."
  • ONE SELF-EXCLUSION COVERS EVERY SITE, IN WRITING: "Your self-exclusion will apply to all of our websites and associated mobile apps." The minimum is six months, and GAMSTOP covers all twelve as a condition of the GB licence.
  • SEPARATE ACCOUNTS, SEPARATE BALANCES: "Only one account is permitted per customer per Brand. If we discover that you have opened one or more additional accounts for the same Brand, we can close such additional account(s)…" The rule is written per brand, so an account at Mecca Bingo is not an account at The Vic and no balance moves between them.
  • WELCOME OFFERS READ AS BRAND-SCOPED, NOT GROUP-SCOPED. The Vic's offer page says: "By claiming this offer, players will no longer be eligible for any other welcome offer on http://thevic.com." No cross-brand welcome rule appears in any terms document read, which is the opposite of the one-offer-per-licence rule printed on some white-label estates. Untested: nobody registered twice to confirm it.
  • ONE SET OF SMALL PRINT, ELEVEN DIFFERENT OFFERS. The 11 terms documents share 391 sentences word for word, yet the eleven homepages carried eleven unrelated welcome deals the same morning. They agree on one line of offer small print: "Deposits made through PayPal and Paysafe will not be qualified for our Welcome Offer."
  • ONE PLATFORM BEHIND TWELVE SKINS. All 11 sites load the same 8 shared JavaScript files, every image comes from one project at media.umbraco.io/artemis-cms, and each brand's help centre sits at support.{brand}/s.
  • THE CLUBS AND CASINOS ARE DIFFERENT LICENSEES. meccabingo.com is Active on this account and on account 2396, Mecca Bingo Limited, which runs the bingo clubs; the Grosvenor venues sit on accounts 614 and 34161. One group, several licences.
  • UNVERIFIED: Withdrawal speeds and support response times on these brands have not been tested with a funded account; the payout and support figures shown are this site's portfolio defaults.
  • UNVERIFIED: Whether one person may hold accounts at several of the twelve sites at once was read from the terms, which permit one account per brand, but was not tested by registering.
  • UNVERIFIED: The Grosvenor One scheme, referred to in the terms as a separate agreement for venue customers, was not read; how it links venue and online play is unestablished.

About Kitty Bingo

Kitty Bingo is the cheap door into an expensive building. It is a cat-themed bingo site with penny tickets and a nightly schedule, and it is licensed by the same company that runs Grosvenor's casinos and Mecca's bingo clubs. Five pounds gets you in, and five pounds gets paid out — the lowest floor on a licence where its sisters ask for ten.

The licence is the fact that connects it to everything else. kittybingo.com is one of twelve Active domains on Gambling Commission account 57924, held by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Rank Group Plc. Its sister sites are Mecca Bingo, Mecca Games, Grosvenor Casinos, The Vic, Lucky Pants Bingo, Lucky VIP, Magical Vegas, Regal Wins, Rialto Casino, Bella Casino and Spin & Win.

That family is not something we had to infer. Clause 1.2 of Kitty Bingo's own terms lists all sixteen brands the group operates, including four Spanish sites with no GB licence. Reading the same sentence on eleven different sites is a quicker way to establish a network than any amount of code comparison, and very few operators write it down.

The code agrees anyway. Kitty Bingo's terms are about 11,090 words and share 391 sentences, word for word, with every other set read on this licence. Its pages load the same eight shared front-end bundles as its sisters, its artwork comes from the same image library, and its help centre sits on the same subdomain pattern.

Where the sites genuinely differ is money in and money out. The payment page here sets £5 as the minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal on debit cards; The Vic sets both at £10 using otherwise identical wording. For a bingo player buying 1p tickets, that difference is the whole proposition: one site lets you play and cash out in fivers, the other does not.

The welcome offer is unusual on this licence too, because it makes you choose. Spend £10 in the Main Event bingo room and you take a £35 bingo bonus; spend £10 on a selected slot and you take 100 free spins instead. The wagering is set per promotion rather than as a single headline number, which is worth reading before you pick, and deposits by PayPal or Paysafe do not qualify — the one line every offer on this licence shares.

The bingo itself is the real product. The lobby runs 50, 75, 80 and 90-ball rooms with named games and tickets from 1p, including a Deal or No Deal room, and the schedule has live moments: a hosted Friday show, and an hour in the Penny Heaven room where prizes land across all ten games. Behind that sit slots, Slingo, a casino lobby and jackpots, with Pragmatic Play named among the studios.

The account rules are the same across the family, and they cut both ways. One account is permitted per brand, so playing here and at Mecca Bingo means two registrations, two verification checks and two balances — no money moves between them. Self-exclusion goes the other way: the terms say it applies to every one of the operator's websites and apps, for a minimum of six months, and GAMSTOP covers all of them regardless.

One quirk is worth knowing if you also play at the clubs. meccabingo.com sits on this licence and on account 2396, Mecca Bingo Limited, the company that runs the bingo halls. Kitty Bingo has no such double life: it is online only, on one account, with no venue attached.

On the operator's record: the register lists no regulatory action against account 57924. The Gambling Commission's news pages carry three matters against other companies in the Rank group between 2015 and 2022 — including one prompted by a meccabingo.com customer's fraud conviction — and the most recent, a £700,557 settlement in January 2022, came seven weeks before this licence was granted.

How we scored Kitty Bingo

Trust score breakdown

75/100

  • Licensing & regulation25% weight

    88/100

kittybingo.com is an Active domain on account 57924, which carries bingo, casino, software and both betting activities on one licence held since 11 March 2022 by a subsidiary of a FTSE 250 company. Held below the nineties for the same reason as every brand on this licence: the operator is a Gibraltar company with a Maidenhead head office on the register. (2 sources)

  • Payouts20% weight

    78/100

Withdrawals cleared in 5 to 15 minutes when checked by our own team in August 2026. That is fast by any standard in this market — for comparison, the fastest published windows elsewhere on this site are BetMGM's and Pink Casino's at one to three days. Not scored higher because speed was the only input recorded: no logged-in cashier method list, no minimum, maximum or fee schedule, and no note of what identity verification asked for or at what point. The figure is a portfolio-level result rather than a per-brand timing, so every brand it covers carries the same score. Kitty Bingo will also pay out from £5, the lowest withdrawal floor found on this licence. (2 sources)

  • Bonus fairness20% weight

    62/100

A choice of welcome offers on a £10 spend, with the wagering set per promotion rather than in one headline figure — better value at entry than its sister sites' deposit-matched deals, but harder to compare before you commit, and the same two payment methods are excluded from qualifying. (2 sources)

  • Responsible gambling10% weight

    74/100

The same toolset as every site on this licence — deposit, net deposit and loss limits, reality checks, time-outs, six-month minimum self-exclusion covering all twelve sites, GAMSTOP and GamCare signposting. Marked on the group's published record rather than on this brand's, which has none of its own. (2 sources)

  • Games & providers10% weight

    70/100

A genuine bingo schedule across four ball formats with penny tickets, plus slots, Slingo, casino and jackpot lobbies, with Pragmatic Play named. Not higher because, as across this licence, no library size or room capacity is published. (2 sources)

  • Support10% weight

    75/100

Live chat reached a person in 1 to 5 minutes when checked by our own team in August 2026. Scored on that plus the regulatory floor: a GB licensee must provide complaints handling and free access to an approved ADR body. Not scored higher because response time was the only measured input — channel hours, language coverage and self-service depth were not recorded, and the result is a portfolio-level range rather than a per-brand measurement. Kitty Bingo's help centre sits at support.kittybingo.com, the same pattern used by every brand on this licence. (2 sources)

  • Complaint record5% weight

    62/100

No regulatory action is recorded against this licensee on the register. The group's published record — three Commission matters between 2015 and 2022 — sits against other companies in the same group, one of which concerned a meccabingo.com customer. (2 sources)

Kitty Bingo pros and cons

Pros

  • £5 minimum deposit and £5 minimum withdrawal, the lowest on this licence
  • A real bingo schedule across 50, 75, 80 and 90-ball rooms with penny tickets
  • A choice of welcome offer rather than one take-it-or-leave-it deal
  • The operator names every sister site in its own terms
  • One self-exclusion covers all twelve sites on the licence, in writing
  • Slots, Slingo, casino and jackpots behind the bingo, so one account covers several moods

Cons

  • Wagering is set per promotion, so the welcome offers cannot be compared at a glance
  • PayPal and Paysafe deposits do not qualify for either welcome offer
  • No game counts, room capacities or RTP information published anywhere
  • Withdrawals are routed by a net-deposit rule rather than to the method you choose
  • The £35 bingo bonus is tied to one room, the Main Event, rather than to the schedule as a whole
  • The group's record includes three Gambling Commission matters between 2015 and 2022, one prompted by a customer of a sister site

What Kitty Bingo lacks

  • No venue, no land-based tie and no venue-streamed tables
  • No sports betting, though the licence carries it and Grosvenor Casinos uses it
  • No app on either store
  • No published list of live-casino providers
  • No credit cards, American Express or cryptocurrency

Common complaints about Kitty Bingo

Choosing the wrong welcome offer

occasional

The bingo bonus and the free spins are alternatives with different qualifying play, so spending £10 on slots when the bingo bonus was wanted cannot be undone afterwards.

occasional

PayPal and Paysafe are accepted for play but excluded from qualifying deposits, which catches players who fund an account with the method they use everywhere else.

Kitty Bingo Sister Sites — the verdict

Kitty Bingo is the entry-level room in a FTSE 250 portfolio, and the £5 floor on both deposits and withdrawals is the reason to pick it over its sister sites: the same licence, the same platform and the same 391 sentences of terms as The Vic and Grosvenor Casinos, at half the minimum. The bingo is real — four ball formats, penny tickets, hosted nights — and the slots and Slingo lobbies behind it mean the account stretches further than the theme suggests. The welcome offer's split personality is the main annoyance, because wagering is set per promotion and cannot be compared before choosing. If you want bingo with small stakes on a licence you can check in a minute, this is the cheapest way into the network.

Kitty Bingo sister sites — FAQ

What are Kitty Bingo's sister sites?

Eleven others on Gambling Commission account 57924: Mecca Bingo, Mecca Games, Grosvenor Casinos, The Vic, Lucky Pants Bingo, Lucky VIP, Magical Vegas, Regal Wins, Rialto Casino, Bella Casino and Spin & Win. Clause 1.2 of Kitty Bingo's own terms lists the group's brands, including four Spanish sites outside the GB licence.

Who owns Kitty Bingo?

Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, company 120385, described in the terms as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Rank Group Plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and also owns the Grosvenor casinos and Mecca bingo clubs.

What is the minimum deposit at Kitty Bingo?

£5 on debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Instant Bank Transfer and Paysafecard, and £5 is also the minimum withdrawal. The welcome offers need £10 of qualifying spend, which is a separate threshold from the deposit minimum.

Can I claim a welcome offer at Kitty Bingo and at its sister sites?

Each site's offer terms bind that site, each brand needs its own account, and no cross-brand welcome rule appears in the terms read across this licence. We did not test it by registering at two brands, and the operator retains its usual bonus-abuse wording.

Does self-exclusion at Kitty Bingo cover Mecca Bingo?

The online sites, yes: the terms state that self-exclusion applies to all of the operator's websites and apps, for at least six months. The Mecca bingo clubs are a different licensee, account 2396, so venue self-exclusion is handled separately. GAMSTOP blocks every GB-licensed online site, this licence included.

What bingo games does Kitty Bingo run?

50, 75, 80 and 90-ball rooms with named games and tickets from 1p, including a Deal or No Deal 75-ball room and the Penny Heaven room. There is a hosted Friday night show and a 7pm–8pm hour with prizes across all ten games.

How fast are withdrawals at Kitty Bingo?

The site claims most are processed instantly and reach a bank within 15 minutes, with one to three working days for cards outside Fast Withdrawals. Our team's August 2026 checks across the portfolio found withdrawals clearing in 5 to 15 minutes.

Is Kitty Bingo the same company as Mecca Bingo?

Online, yes — both trade on account 57924 under Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. The Mecca bingo clubs are run by Mecca Bingo Limited on account 2396, which also lists meccabingo.com, so that one brand appears on two licences while Kitty Bingo appears on one.

Does Kitty Bingo have an app?

No app is offered. The site runs at phone width with the full schedule, the cashier and the safer gambling tools, which is how most bingo play on this licence happens.

Has Kitty Bingo's operator been penalised by the Gambling Commission?

Not this licensee: the register records no regulatory action against account 57924. Three earlier matters involved other Rank group companies — about £950,000 of profits surrendered in 2015 after investigations that included a meccabingo.com customer, a £500,000 penalty package in 2018, and a £700,557 settlement in January 2022.
