Investan, Terdersoft and IntellogixSoft Sister Sites

Each of the three brands names a different operator in its own footer. Jokabet: INVESTAN N.V., Curacao registration 153108, of Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Curacao. Katanaspin: Terdersoft B.V., registration 164860, of Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. "Don" Martina 31, Curacao. Memocasino: IntellogixSoft B.V., registration 164650, of Schottegatweg Oost 10 Unit 1-9, Bon Bini Business Center, Curacao. Three companies, three addresses, three registration numbers — running identical software. That last part proves less than it looks: the platform they run on serves at least 174 hosts by its own CDN convention, and brands on it that name wholly different operators share the same 99% of interface strings. Three separate companies is what the paperwork says, and nothing found here contradicts it.

jokabet.com, katanaspin.com and memocasino.com serve a byte-identical robots.txt once the hostname in the sitemap line is normalised — MD5 54b8ceda76e8807ba5ec57f36efc9820. It carries the same four Disallow rules, including "/*risk-warnings" and "?*rs_id=", and an explicit block on one named crawler: "User-agent: similarweb / Disallow: /". This is the ONE signal that is not shared platform-wide: of ten other brands on the same platform that were tested, only ninecasino.com produced the same hash, and seven produced a different but equally uniform one that omits the SimilarWeb rule. So the three sit in a configuration cluster within the platform — which is a weaker thing than common ownership, and all the evidence supports.

Katanaspin's and Memocasino's XML sitemaps are identical: the same 24 page paths in the same order. Jokabet's lists 47 because it adds a Spanish locale, and its English set is otherwise the same. All three also reproduce the same two generator defects: one empty <loc> element, and /app listed twice. A shared page inventory could be imitation; a shared bug in the file that generates it cannot.

Each brand loads its interface text from a Lokalise bundle at /lokalise/{brand}/en.json on its own CDN. The three bundles share 8481 keys and 8371 of those — 99% — carry byte-identical values. Only 27, 40 and 10 keys are unique to Jokabet, Katanaspin and Memocasino respectively, and most of those are the names of one tournament each. Jokabet and Katanaspin requested their bundles with the identical cache-busting timestamp, 1792069547 — 2026-10-15 13:05:47 UTC, the same second. Memocasino's is 1790884567, 13.7 days earlier. That timestamp is NOT a group signal: candyspinz.com, xtraspin.com and savaspin.com, which name different operators, request their bundles with the identical stamp. It dates a platform-wide deployment, and the same is true of the shared keys themselves — the three control brands share 97-99% of Jokabet's values.

Every brand serves its assets from a CDN built to one naming convention — jokastatic.com, katanastatic.com, memostatic.com — and each has two hosts: "cdn." for brand assets and "cdnwl." for the shared ones. The wl is white label. Searching certificate transparency for that convention returns 174 hosts, the large majority casino-named, which is the clearest measure of how big this platform is and why running on it says nothing about who owns a brand. Among those hosts are candystatic.com, xtrastatic.com, romanstatic.com and bdmstatic.com — brands whose published operators are not these three.

The paperwork corroborates the platform evidence in one place the operators probably did not intend. Katanaspin's payment company is Interdersoft Limited, Cyprus registration HE 452538; Memocasino's is IntellogixSoft Solutions Limited, registration HE 451682. Both are registered at the same address: Ischyron 24, Kato Polemidia, 4151, Limassol, Cyprus. Their registration numbers are 856 apart, so they were incorporated within a short period of one another. Separately, all three brands' cashiers name a fourth company that none of their footers mentions: UDM Processing Services LTD, Nicosia, Cyprus.

Jokabet's own footer does not claim a licence. It reads: "Investan N.V. has applied for a gaming license under the laws of Curacao. The status of the license is In Progress." An application in progress is not a licence, and the brand has been trading long enough for the Internet Archive to hold its terms from July 2023 — when it did claim one, under a Curacao sublicense that the current footer no longer mentions. Its two sibling brands each publish a licence: Katanaspin a sublicense under Master Gaming License #5536/JAZ, Memocasino Curacao eGaming licence No. 1668/JAZ.

Jokabet's terms list the accepted currencies as "EUR, CAD, NZD, CZK, ZAR, BGN, HRK, RON, AUD, BTC and other crypto currencies" — sterling is not among them. The platform nonetheless ships a full sterling welcome pack on all three brands ("Welcome pack: GBP1,500 + 250 FS", with first, second and third deposit cards priced in pounds) and a GBP10,000 sterling grand prize inside its headline activity. The restricted-country list names the United States, Spain, France and its overseas territories, the Netherlands, Germany, Israel, Lithuania, the Dutch West Indies, Curacao, Azerbaijan, Armenia, GIBRALTAR, JERSEY, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldavia, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Iran, North Korea and Afghanistan. It does not name the United Kingdom. Two British territories are excluded by name and Great Britain is not.

On 22 July 2023 the Internet Archive captured jokabet.com/terms stating: "The Website is operated by INVESTAN N.V., registration number 153108 ... holder of Sublicense #GLH-OCCHKTW04162020. Website is licensed and regulated by Dutch Antilles Management N.V (GC Gaming Curacao), holder of a Master license #365/JAZ." The terms in force today, dated 01/07/2024, contain no company name, no registration number and no licence number anywhere in 40,000 characters. They are governed by the law of COSTA RICA rather than Curacao, and their dispute clause tells the reader to "contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website" — a regulator the terms themselves never name. The operator and licence are still published, but only in the page footer, which is a different document from the one a player agrees to.

Memocasino's live bundle still contains the platform's own scaffolding: footerLicense.text.costaRica = "Text CR"; footerLicense.text.noCompany = "Text NC"; testKey.key1 = "1111"; testkey.test = "Bonus Info_test". The first two are the most telling. "footerLicense.text.costaRica" and "footerLicense.text.noCompany" are slots for two alternative footers — one naming Costa Rica, one naming no company at all — and both are shipped holding the placeholder text that was meant to be replaced. A platform with a built-in "no company" footer variant is one designed to be deployed without naming its operator.

The welcome pack is the same on all three to the last digit: Welcome pack: EUR1,500 + 250 free spins, built from 100% up to EUR500 + 150 free spins on the first deposit, 55% up to EUR500 + 100 free spins on the second and 100% up to EUR500 on the third. Each brand then contradicts that figure in its own registration banner. Jokabet and Memocasino advertise "up to EUR1,500 + 250 Free Spins" while Katanaspin advertises "up to EUR2,500 + 250 FS" — and in sterling the three banners read up to GBP450 + 250 Free Spins, up to GBP2,500 + 250 Free Spins and up to GBP450 + 250 Free Spins against a welcome pack that says GBP1,500 on all three.

All three brands ship an identical 1,396-key feature whose translation keys are namespaced "activities.nakedWomen". Betting unlocks successive images of named characters — the bundle lists Lora, Amelia, Lili, Janny, Mari, Gerard, Agent G and Lonan — with progress copy reading "Finish betting now to meet the next hottie" and "Next hottie, next reward - keep going!". The grand prize is carried in both euro and sterling, at GBP10,000 plus a Mega-Wheel. The key count is 1,396 on each of the three bundles, so this is a core part of the shared product rather than a leftover. A licensee of the Gambling Commission could not run it: the social-responsibility code forbids gambling advertising that is likely to be of particular appeal to children or that links gambling to seduction or sexual success. It is a feature of the platform rather than of these three brands: CandySpinz, Xtraspin and Roman Casino, which name different operators, each ship the same 1,396 keys.
