Jokabet is operated by INVESTAN N.V., a Curacao company registered as 153108, whose own site footer states that its gaming licence application is "In Progress" rather than granted, and which runs the same platform as Katanaspin and Memocasino under a different company name.
The short answer
There are 2 Jokabet sister sites: Katanaspin and Memocasino. All 2 of these Jokabet Casino sister sites, and Jokabet itself, are operated by Investan, Terdersoft and IntellogixSoft, across 2 separate licensees.
Compare all 2Not licensed in Great Britain. Jokabet is licensed by the No verified licence, not the UK Gambling Commission, so UK protections do not cover it: no GamStop self-exclusion, and no UK complaints or dispute-resolution route. This review is for information only, and we do not link to Jokabet. See the UK-licensed casinos we review.
Pros
- Publishes its operating company, registration number and registered address in the footer
- The only brand of the three offering a full Spanish-language build
- States plainly that its licence application is unfinished rather than implying one exists
Cons
- No gaming licence at all — the footer says the application is "In Progress"
- No Great Britain licence, so no GAMSTOP and no Commission complaints route
- The terms name no company, no registration number and no regulator in 40,000 characters
Screenshot coverage on this page
No screenshots. Jokabet refuses connections from this location and serves a /not-allowed page instead. Its terms were rendered through a Canadian exit, which it does accept, and everything else on this page was read from its robots.txt, its sitemap and the translation bundle its own site loads — all of which sit outside the geo-block. Everything described below was read from Jokabet's own English pages; we would rather show you no picture than the wrong casino's.
Jokabet sister sites — the full network
Investan, Terdersoft and IntellogixSoft (Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL licence Master Gaming License #5536/JAZ) runs at least 3 brands, Jokabet included. No public register lists the rest.
The orbit is drawn broken because these brands do not share one licence. Investan, Terdersoft and IntellogixSoft sits behind 2 separate licences held by different companies — see Who actually holds the licence below.

KatanaspinBest for nobody in great britain — a curacao sublicence is the only cover here
Carries the loudest offer and the worst arithmetic: its registration banner advertises EUR2,500 and GBP2,500 against a welcome pack the same site prices at EUR1,500 and GBP1,500. It runs the largest tournament of the three, Apple Kingdom, at a EUR300,000 pool, and holds its licence as a sublicense under Master Gaming Licence #5536/JAZ rather than directly.

The only brand of the three to name an actual regulator and licence number, Curacao eGaming 1668/JAZ. It is also the least finished: its live translation bundle still carries four unreplaced placeholders, including two alternative footer-licence slots reading "Text CR" and "Text NC", and its bundle lags its siblings' by nearly a fortnight.

How we know Jokabet shares an operator with these brands
Same platform fingerprintweight 15%
Jokabet loads its interface text from a Lokalise bundle that shares 8481 keys with the two brands beside it, 8371 of them byte-identical, with only 27 keys unique to this brand. The platform is shared far more widely than these three, though: 174 hosts use its CDN convention, and CandySpinz, Xtraspin, Roman Casino — which name other operators — share 97-99% of the same values. A shared platform here is evidence of a shared supplier, not a shared owner.
Source: cdn.jokastatic.com/lokalise/jokabet/en.json (not linked, no UK licence)Shared support infrastructureweight 10%
The robots.txt served by all three brands is byte-identical once the hostname is normalised (MD5 54b8ceda76e8807ba5ec57f36efc9820), including a rule blocking the SimilarWeb crawler by name. That rule is the narrowest signal found: of ten other platform tenants tested, only ninecasino.com reproduced this exact file, while seven carried a different but equally uniform variant without it. The sitemap bugs the three share — an empty <loc> and /app listed twice — are platform-wide and prove nothing on their own.
Source: jokabet.com/robots.txt (not linked, no UK licence)Shared licence numberweight 40%not established
NOT matched, and that is the finding. Jokabet is operated by INVESTAN N.V., Curacao registration 153108. Each of the three brands names a different company at a different address, so there is no shared licensee to point to — the relationship is at platform level, and no parent above the three companies is published anywhere.
Source: cdn.jokastatic.com/lokalise/jokabet/en.json (not linked, no UK licence)Shared payment processorweight 10%not established
Not matched for this brand. Jokabet's payments run through INVESTAN PROCESSING SERVICES LTD of 1 Avlonos street, Maria House, P.C. 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus, which is a different company at a different Cyprus city from the two its siblings name. All three cashiers do, however, print the same fourth company: UDM Processing Services LTD, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Source: cdn.jokastatic.com/lokalise/jokabet/en.json (not linked, no UK licence)Identical T&C clausesweight 25%not established
Not established. A sentence-level comparison of the three brands' terms was not possible: only Jokabet's terms could be rendered, because Katanaspin and Memocasino refuse the one exit country Jokabet accepts. What is established is that the three publish the same welcome pack and the same interface text; their terms were not compared clause by clause and nothing is claimed about them.

Jokabet Sister Sites: what we actually found
The 2 brands above are widely listed as Jokabet sister sites, and we list them too — but our own checks scored only 25/100, below the threshold we require before stating that two casinos share an owner. Until that clears, treat each one as a licence-matched alternative rather than a verified sister site — a casino holding the same class of no verifiable gambling licence and often running similar software, but, as far as we can show, belonging to a separate operating entity.
The distinction is not pedantry. Separate operating entities mean separate complaints processes, separate KYC, separate self-exclusion and — usually — a genuinely separate welcome bonus. If you came here looking for sites like Jokabet or for Jokabet alternatives, that is what is on offer; what we cannot yet evidence is the group relationship itself, and we would rather say so than manufacture one.
This page updates the moment a primary source establishes otherwise — a register entry naming a shared licensee, or matching clauses in two sets of terms. See our methodology for the signals we require.
About Jokabet
Before anything else: this brand has no Great Britain licence, so it is not a place a British reader can play with any of the protections the Gambling Commission requires — no GAMSTOP, no deposit-limit mandate, no Commission complaints route, and no UK-recognised alternative dispute resolution. This site reviews it as consumer information because people search for it, and every link to jokabet.com and its siblings is printed as plain text across this site rather than made clickable.
Jokabet is the only brand of the three that does not claim a licence. Its footer reads, in full: "Investan N.V. has applied for a gaming license under the laws of Curacao. The status of the license is In Progress." That is unusual enough on its own. What makes it worse is the history: the Internet Archive holds Jokabet's terms from 22 July 2023, and that version did claim one — a Curacao sublicense, #GLH-OCCHKTW04162020, under master licence #365/JAZ. Somewhere between then and now the claimed licence disappeared and was replaced by an application in progress.
The terms went the same way. The version in force today is dated 01/07/2024, runs to roughly 40,000 characters, and contains no company name, no registration number and no licence number anywhere in it. It is governed by the law of Costa Rica rather than Curacao. Its dispute clause tells you to "contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website" — and the document never names one. The operator is still published, but only in the page footer, which is not the document you agree to when you register.
The currency question lands hardest here, because Jokabet is the brand with no licence behind it. Its own terms set out which currencies the site accepts — euros, Canadian and New Zealand dollars, Czech koruna, rand, lev, kuna, lei, Australian dollars and crypto — and sterling is not on the list. The same platform nonetheless ships Jokabet a complete sterling welcome pack and a GBP10,000 prize. Its restricted-country list runs to two dozen entries and bars Gibraltar and Jersey by name while saying nothing at all about the United Kingdom.
The three brands run identical software, and it is worth being precise about what that does and does not prove. Their robots.txt files are byte-identical once the hostname is normalised (MD5 54b8ceda76e8807ba5ec57f36efc9820); their sitemaps list the same pages and reproduce the same two generator bugs; their interface text comes from Lokalise bundles sharing 8481 keys, 8371 of them identical; and each sits behind a "cdnwl" — white label — CDN host. But searching certificate transparency for that CDN convention returns 174 hosts, and three brands from that list naming entirely different operators (CandySpinz, Xtraspin, Roman Casino) were tested and share 97-99% of the same strings, the same cashier company and the same features. This is one large white-label platform with roughly a hundred and fifty tenants, not a boutique group of three. What marks these three out within it is narrower: the SimilarWeb rule in their robots.txt, which seven other tenants tested do not carry.
The company behind it is published, even if the licence is not: INVESTAN N.V., Curacao registration 153108, of Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Curacao, with payments through INVESTAN PROCESSING SERVICES LTD (HE 408497) in Nicosia. That last detail sets Jokabet apart from its siblings, whose payment companies share a single address in Limassol. What no document names is a parent: nothing on the site, in the terms or in the files behind it says who owns the platform all three brands run on.
Two things are Jokabet's alone. It is the only brand of the three with a Spanish build — 22 Spanish pages, against none at its siblings — and the only one running its own affiliate programme page. It also still ships a tournament called Multi Hurricane, with a EUR100,000 prize pool, whose own terms date it to 26–30 May 2026. That is nearly five months stale in the file the live site reads its text from.

Safety, licensing and responsible gambling
The lowest licensing score on this site, and the reason is in the operator's own words: "Investan N.V. has applied for a gaming license under the laws of Curacao. The status of the license is In Progress." An application is not a licence. It is scored above zero only because the company, its registration number and its registered address are at least published, which is more than the terms manage.

Payouts20% weight
78/100
Withdrawals cleared in 5 to 15 minutes when our own team checked in August 2026 — a portfolio-level range, so this brand carries the range and not a timing of its own. Capped at 78 because speed was the only input recorded. NO WITHDRAWAL WAS TESTED AT THIS BRAND. The welcome pack is Welcome pack: EUR1,500 + 250 free spins across three deposits, and the registration banner contradicts it in sterling: up to GBP450 + 250 Free Spins against a pack priced at GBP1,500. No wagering requirement could be read, because the promotions page is behind a geo-block. An offer whose terms cannot be reached is not an offer a reader can assess. (1 source)
Responsible gambling10% weight
22/100
Scored low and deliberately. There is no GAMSTOP here, no Commission-mandated deposit limit and no UK dispute route, because there is no UK licence. The platform also runs a 1,396-key betting-reward feature built around undressing named characters, which no Gambling Commission licensee could operate. (2 sources)
Games & providers10% weight
70/100
Scored 70 on the site owner's own assessment of the catalogue, not on a count we took: no lobby could be loaded, because jokabet.com refuses connections from this location. What the sitemap independently shows is the shape of the product — a sportsbook, a Drops & Wins lobby, an all-providers page, lotteries and tournaments. No catalogue total or supplier list is claimed here, because none was seen. (1 source)
Support10% weight
75/100
Live chat reached a person in 1 to 5 minutes when our own team checked in August 2026 — a portfolio-level range, not a per-brand measurement. Capped at 75 because response time was the only input recorded. No support hours are published, no alternative dispute resolution body is named, and the only contact details reachable from outside the permitted countries are the email address and LiveChat offered on the geo-block page itself. Each of the three brands names a different operator in its own footer. Jokabet: INVESTAN N.V., Curacao registration 153108, of Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Curacao. Katanaspin: Terdersoft B.V., registration 164860, of Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. "Don" Martina 31, Curacao. Memocasino: IntellogixSoft B.V., registration 164650, of Schottegatweg Oost 10 Unit 1-9, Bon Bini Business Center, Curacao. Three companies, three addresses, three registration numbers — running identical software. That last part proves less than it looks: the platform they run on serves at least 174 hosts by its own CDN convention, and brands on it that name wholly different operators share the same 99% of interface strings. Three separate companies is what the paperwork says, and nothing found here contradicts it.

jokabet.com, katanaspin.com and memocasino.com serve a byte-identical robots.txt once the hostname in the sitemap line is normalised — MD5 54b8ceda76e8807ba5ec57f36efc9820. It carries the same four Disallow rules, including "/*risk-warnings" and "?*rs_id=", and an explicit block on one named crawler: "User-agent: similarweb / Disallow: /". This is the ONE signal that is not shared platform-wide: of ten other brands on the same platform that were tested, only ninecasino.com produced the same hash, and seven produced a different but equally uniform one that omits the SimilarWeb rule. So the three sit in a configuration cluster within the platform — which is a weaker thing than common ownership, and all the evidence supports.

Each brand loads its interface text from a Lokalise bundle at /lokalise/{brand}/en.json on its own CDN. The three bundles share 8481 keys and 8371 of those — 99% — carry byte-identical values. Only 27, 40 and 10 keys are unique to Jokabet, Katanaspin and Memocasino respectively, and most of those are the names of one tournament each. Jokabet and Katanaspin requested their bundles with the identical cache-busting timestamp, 1792069547 — 2026-10-15 13:05:47 UTC, the same second. Memocasino's is 1790884567, 13.7 days earlier. That timestamp is NOT a group signal: candyspinz.com, xtraspin.com and savaspin.com, which name different operators, request their bundles with the identical stamp. It dates a platform-wide deployment, and the same is true of the shared keys themselves — the three control brands share 97-99% of Jokabet's values.

Jokabet's own footer does not claim a licence. It reads: "Investan N.V. has applied for a gaming license under the laws of Curacao. The status of the license is In Progress." "footerLicense.text.costaRica" and "footerLicense.text.noCompany" are slots for two alternative footers — one naming Costa Rica, one naming no company at all — and both are shipped holding the placeholder text that was meant to be replaced. A platform with a built-in "no company" footer variant is one designed to be deployed without naming its operator.

The welcome pack is the same on all three to the last digit: Welcome pack: EUR1,500 + 250 free spins, built from 100% up to EUR500 + 150 free spins on the first deposit, 55% up to EUR500 + 100 free spins on the second and 100% up to EUR500 on the third. Each brand then contradicts that figure in its own registration banner. Jokabet and Memocasino advertise "up to EUR1,500 + 250 Free Spins" while Katanaspin advertises "up to EUR2,500 + 250 FS" — and in sterling the three banners read up to GBP450 + 250 Free Spins, up to GBP2,500 + 250 Free Spins and up to GBP450 + 250 Free Spins against a welcome pack that says GBP1,500 on all three.

All three brands ship an identical 1,396-key feature whose translation keys are namespaced "activities.nakedWomen". Betting unlocks successive images of named characters — the bundle lists Lora, Amelia, Lili, Janny, Mari, Gerard, Agent G and Lonan — with progress copy reading "Finish betting now to meet the next hottie" and "Next hottie, next reward - keep going!". The grand prize is carried in both euro and sterling, at GBP10,000 plus a Mega-Wheel. The key count is 1,396 on each of the three bundles, so this is a core part of the shared product rather than a leftover. A licensee of the Gambling Commission could not run it: the social-responsibility code forbids gambling advertising that is likely to be of particular appeal to children or that links gambling to seduction or sexual success. It is a feature of the platform rather than of these three brands: CandySpinz, Xtraspin and Roman Casino, which name different operators, each ship the same 1,396 keys.

Jokabet pros and cons
- Governed by the law of Costa Rica, which licenses no gambling
- Its sterling registration banner contradicts its own welcome pack
- Ships a betting-reward feature built on undressing named characters
- A tournament from May 2026 is still live in the text the site loads
What Jokabet lacks
- Any granted gaming licence
- Any named regulator in its terms
- Readable bonus terms, wagering requirements or payout times
- Any statement that it is connected to Katanaspin or Memocasino
Jokabet Sister Sites — the verdict
Jokabet publishes no licence. Its own footer says the application is in progress, its terms name no company and no regulator at all, and the governing law is Costa Rica, which licenses no gambling. Three years ago those same terms named a Curacao sublicense and a master licence number; both have since gone. Against that, the site runs the same platform as Katanaspin and Memocasino — proven here from robots files, sitemaps, CDN hosts and translation bundles — and the platform ships sterling offers while the terms do not accept sterling and the restricted-country list omits the United Kingdom. For a British reader there is nothing here to weigh up: no licence means no protection, and this page exists to say so plainly.

Jokabet sister sites — FAQ
Is Jokabet licensed?
No. Jokabet's own footer says: "Investan N.V. has applied for a gaming license under the laws of Curacao. The status of the license is In Progress." An application in progress is not a licence. Its terms, which run to about 40,000 characters, name no licence, no regulator and no company. It holds no Great Britain licence either, so a UK player has no GAMSTOP, no Commission complaints route and no UK-recognised dispute resolution.
What are Jokabet's sister sites?
The honest answer is that Jokabet does not have sister sites in the usual sense — it has about a hundred and fifty of them, and so does every other brand on its platform. Katanaspin and Memocasino run identical software, but so do CandySpinz, Xtraspin, Roman Casino and the rest of the 174 hosts sharing the platform's CDN convention, all naming different operators. The three covered here sit in one narrow configuration cluster — they alone share a robots.txt rule blocking the SimilarWeb crawler — and each names a different Curacao company: INVESTAN N.V., Terdersoft B.V. and IntellogixSoft B.V.. Common ownership is not established and this site does not claim it.
Who owns Jokabet?
INVESTAN N.V., registration 153108, of Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Curacao, according to the site's own footer. Payments run through INVESTAN PROCESSING SERVICES LTD, Cyprus registration HE 408497. No parent company is published anywhere on the site, in its terms, or in the files behind it, so who owns the platform the three brands share is not established.
Can players from the UK use Jokabet?
Jokabet's restricted-country list does not name the United Kingdom, although it does name Gibraltar and Jersey. Its accepted-currency list does not include sterling, yet the platform carries a full sterling welcome pack. What is certain is that it holds no Gambling Commission licence, so none of the protections a British player would expect applies here.
