TrustStake Sister Sites & Full Review

2.2/5Trust 44/100Sefiarray B.V.
By Joaquin Moss8+ years testing UK casinos · Updated 2026-10-20

TrustStake is an online casino operated by Sefiarray B.V. of Willemstad, Curacao, company registration 155219, on Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/842/0350, which it shares with three sister casinos: Betmac, Betti and CasinoWays. It holds no Great Britain licence.

The short answer

There are 3 TrustStake sister sites: Betmac, Betti and CasinoWays. All 3 of these TrustStake Casino sister sites, and TrustStake itself, are operated by Sefiarray B.V. on a single licence, OGL/2024/842/0350.

Compare all 3

Not licensed in Great Britain. TrustStake is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, not the UK Gambling Commission, so UK protections do not cover it: no GamStop self-exclusion, and no UK complaints or dispute-resolution route. This review is for information only, and we do not link to TrustStake. See the UK-licensed casinos we review.

Pros

  • The operator and licence can be checked against the regulator directly: the Curacao Gaming Authority's certificate portal names Sefiarray B.V. and licence OGL/2024/842/0350 for this exact domain.
  • Its terms describe the licence as an application in progress, which is the accurate description — the regulator's registry says the same, and its sibling's terms overstate it.
  • The only brand on this licence to publish a catalogue size, and the deeper lobby of the two on the rails that can be counted.

Cons

  • Two different welcome offers on one page: EUR 5,000 and 300 free spins in the hero, 100% up to EUR 525 and 100 free spins in the FAQ.
  • The payments table is priced in pounds while the prose above it is priced in euros, and the two give different minimums for the same products.
  • The table's withdrawal limits — up to GBP 50,000 a day by bank transfer — are flatly incompatible with the terms it carries, which cap withdrawals at EUR 2,000 a day.
TrustStake homepage hero advertising a 5,000 euro bonus and 300 free spins, above an identical payment strip to its sister site
truststake1.com through a GB exit, 20 October 2026, and the half of the contradiction a reader sees first: the hero advertises "EUR 5,000 Bonus + 300 Free Spins". The same page's FAQ describes 100% up to EUR 525 and 100 free spins. The payment strip below is identical to Betmac's — Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, CoinsPaid, same six marks, same order — and the Recent Winners rail is priced in euros, not the pounds its own payments table uses. How similarity is scored

CasinoWaysBest for nobody in particular — it is the closest copy of betmac on the licence, with a smaller offer

Trust 46★ 2.3

The purest clone in the estate: its terms differ from Betmac's on fifteen lines out of 860, where the other two differ on sixty-nine. It advertises the smallest welcome of the four, a "COSMIC WELCOME" of 100% up to EUR 300, and is the only brand to name its live-casino supplier, Vivo Gaming. It publishes both a game total and a slots total — 3,000 and 2,000-plus — which is one more number than any sibling gives.

Trust 46★ 2.3

The tidier build of the pair. It advertises one welcome offer rather than two contradictory ones, prices everything in euros throughout, and is the only one of the two whose responsible-gaming page carries a written statement and a ten-question self-assessment. It also explains, unprompted, what a sister casino is. Against that, it is the brand whose terms overstate the licence: it calls OGL/2024/842/0350 a licence the company operates under, where its sister calls the same number an application in progress.

Trust 47★ 2.4

The brand that advertises a sportsbook hardest — its own page title is "Sportsbook & Casino Online" — although a capture from a British exit shows no sports product in its navigation, on desktop or mobile. It advertises the largest welcome of the four by percentage, 150% up to EUR 750, and states the x35 wagering on the page rather than burying it in the bonus terms. It runs a Go Millions jackpot on Play'n GO slots that it puts above EUR 280,000, and an Instant Karma promotion triggered by SMS.

How we know TrustStake shares an operator with these brands

Confirmed · 100/100
  • Shared licence numberweight 40%

All four brands print the same operator in their own footers: "operated by Sefiarray B.V.", company registration 155219, licence OGL/2024/842/0350. Two of them go further and carry the regulator's own seal: the Curacao Gaming Authority's certificate portal issues a Certificate of Operation for betmac3.com/en and for truststake1.com/en naming that company and that licence. TrustStake's siblings on the licence are Betmac, Betti and CasinoWays. This is a regulator's record of common ownership rather than an inference from shared software — the only offshore network on this site established that way.

  • Same platform fingerprintweight 15%

TrustStake and its three siblings serve a byte-identical 685-byte robots.txt, MD5 36e4b387b9462d16a0b8fc8f720cabeb, from a Ruby on Rails (ActionDispatch::Static) application. Its comment block is the operator's own engineering note and says: "No Sitemap: line — one image serves every brand, so it could only ever name the right host for one of them. Sitemaps are submitted per brand in Search Console." The platform names itself in the markup too — asset paths run under /assets/mangata/ and the page controllers are mangata-gtm, a string that appears 393 times on Betmac alone. Every brand also answers on a numbered mirror of its headline domain with the locale in the path: www.betmac3.com/en, www.truststake1.com/en, www.betti1.com/en, www.casinoways1.com/en.

  • Identical T&C clausesweight 25%

Legal documents were fetched from every brand and compared line by line against Betmac's after normalising brand name and domain. TrustStake and Betti each differ on 69 of 860 lines in the terms; CasinoWays differs on 15, which makes it the closest copy in the estate. The 37-entry restricted-country list is identical on all of them, and so is the clause that reads: "The user also acknowledges that any self-exclusion or Time-out periods requested or imposed on one account do not automatically extend to accounts on other brands or sister sites." The one substantive divergence is the licence sentence — Betmac, Betti and CasinoWays claim a licence, TrustStake claims an application, and the regulator's register backs TrustStake.

Source: truststake.com/info/terms-and-conditions (not linked, no UK licence)
  • Shared support infrastructureweight 10%

The brands load the same third-party stack: a Zendesk help widget, SEON fraud scoring from cdn.seonintelligence.com, and game thumbnails from the Alea aggregator. None publishes support hours or a telephone number, and all route self-exclusion through email to support rather than through the account. Betti is the only one to claim a staffed channel at all, advertising 24/7 live chat on its own page — a claim this site has not timed.

Source: truststake1.com/en (not linked, no UK licence)
  • Shared payment processorweight 10%

Captured from a GB exit on the same day, the homepages carry an identical payment strip beneath the hero — Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer and CoinsPaid, the same six marks in the same order — and the crypto processor is named on the face of both. That is as far as it goes: no cashier was opened behind a login at either brand, so nothing is claimed about who clears the card payments. TrustStake also publishes a method table, which names neither Google Pay, Apple Pay nor CoinsPaid despite all three appearing in its own strip.

  • THE REGULATOR NAMES TWO OF THE FOUR, AND ALL FOUR NAME THEMSELVES. The Curacao Gaming Authority runs a certificate portal that issues a Certificate of Operation per domain. The certificate for betmac3.com/en and the certificate for truststake1.com/en both read "is operated by Sefiarray B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curacao with Company Number 155219", under licence OGL/2024/842/0350. That is a regulator's record of common ownership, not an inference from shared software, and it is the only offshore network on this site established that way. Betti and CasinoWays carry no seal, but both print "operated by Sefiarray B.V.", the same company registration number and the same licence number in their own footers, and both serve the estate's robots.txt byte for byte.
  • THE CONTROL TEST WAS RUN FIRST, BECAUSE THE LAST ONE WAS NOT. The 8 casinos advertised alongside Betmac on the same affiliate listing -- Odin Fortune, SlotRoyals, Mad Casino, Wildies, ShelbyWin, Daytona Spin, SpinFin, Totbet -- were fingerprinted identically. None of the eight serves the 685-byte Rails robots.txt. The signal is specific: it is carried by every brand in this network and by none of the eight controls, which is exactly the check the Curacao cluster did not get first time. The certificate seal is narrower still — only Betmac and TrustStake embed one, and Betti and CasinoWays do not, so the seal identifies brands rather than the estate.
  • ONE COMPANY, ONE LICENCE NUMBER, TWO STORIES ABOUT IT — AND THE MINORITY IS RIGHT. Three of the four brands — Betmac, Betti and CasinoWays — present OGL/2024/842/0350 as a licence the company is operating under. The fourth, TrustStake, presents the same number as an application still in progress. The Curacao Gaming Authority's own registry, updated 14 October 2026, records the status as "Assessment in progress", which matches the one brand that is out of step with the other three. All four carry the same document otherwise.
  • HOW THE ROSTER GREW FROM TWO TO FOUR, AND WHY FOUR IS STILL A FLOOR. The first version of this page carried two brands, because the estate was mapped through the affiliate programme hodl.partners, whose media library holds logo kits for exactly 3 brands and names only Betmac and TrustStake among them. Betti and CasinoWays are marketed elsewhere and never appear there. They were found by searching for the operator's name and then TESTED against the fingerprint before being added: both resolve to a numbered mirror on /en, both serve the 685-byte robots.txt byte for byte, and both print the operator, the company number and the licence number in their footers. Four is a floor, not a census. The regulator's certificate portal has no index, the licence registry lists companies rather than domains, and the operator's own robots.txt says "one image serves every brand" without saying how many brands that is. A fifth brand would be found the same way these two were: by name, then by fingerprint.
  • FOUR BRANDS, FOUR DIFFERENT WELCOME OFFERS, ONE SET OF BONUS TERMS UNDERNEATH. Betmac 100% up to EUR 525; Betti 150% up to EUR 750, with x35 wagering stated on the page itself; CasinoWays "COSMIC WELCOME": 100% up to EUR 300; TrustStake EUR 5,000 and 300 free spins in the hero and on the promotions page; 100% up to EUR 525 and 100 free spins in the same page's FAQ. Only Betti prints its wagering requirement beside the offer. All four also run a promotion called Monday Reload, and each prices it differently — Betti at 50% up to EUR 200, TrustStake at EUR 100, Betmac and CasinoWays at no stated figure at all.
  • HOW CLOSE THE COPIES ARE, MEASURED. Each brand's terms and bonus terms were compared line by line against Betmac's after normalising brand name and domain. truststake: 69 differing lines in the terms, 34 in the bonus terms; betti: 69 differing lines in the terms, 34 in the bonus terms; casinoways: 15 differing lines in the terms, 22 in the bonus terms. CasinoWays is the least independently drafted gambling site reviewed anywhere on this site: fifteen lines of difference in a document of 860.
  • A GB CAPTURE OF ALL FOUR, AND THE ONE CLAIM IT KILLED. Every brand was rendered through a British exit on 20 October 2026 — homepage, promotions, casino lobby and mobile. They are one product in four colourways: the same left navigation, the same payment strip of six marks ending in CoinsPaid, the same Recent Winners rail priced in euros, the same six category rails. And no sports product on any of them, on desktop or mobile, although Betti's page title reads "Sportsbook & Casino Online" and TrustStake's copy advertises sports betting. Both claims are reported on those pages as claims the capture does not support. Lobby depth is the one real difference: filling the same eight Megaways tiles, TrustStake uses eight distinct games, CasinoWays four and Betmac three.
  • THE TWO REGULATOR RECORDS DIFFER ON STATUS, NOT ON DATES — AND AN EARLIER VERSION OF THIS PAGE GOT THAT WRONG. The certificate portal gives a grant date of 25/07/2025 and a status of Active; the current registry gives 25 January 2026 to 25 July 2026 and "Assessment in progress". Those dates look contradictory and are not: the 17 November 2025 edition of the same registry carries this licence at row 202 reading "July 25, 2025" to "January 25, 2026", which is exactly the portal's grant date. The licence runs in six-month windows and has been renewed once, so the portal shows the original grant and the registry the current window. What genuinely differs is the STATUS, and the fact that the current window's own expiry date passed on 25 July 2026.
  • AND THAT STATUS IS NOT A SCANDAL -- IT IS THE REGIME. "Assessment in progress" is the most common entry in the whole register: 294 of 601 rows, against 208 Indefinite, 58 Expired, 49 Revoked and exactly 1 marked Active. Curacao replaced its master-and-sublicence system with the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157) and most of the estate is still being assessed under it. The finding on this page is the CONTRADICTION between two sister sites, not the status itself.
  • THE OPERATOR'S OWN ENGINEERS DESCRIBE THE NETWORK, IN A FILE ANYONE CAN READ. Both brands serve a byte-identical 685-byte robots.txt (MD5 36e4b387b9462d16a0b8fc8f720cabeb) from a Ruby on Rails (ActionDispatch::Static) application, and its comment block was never stripped. It reads: "No Sitemap: line — one image serves every brand, so it could only ever name the right host for one of them. Sitemaps are submitted per brand in Search Console." A second comment explains the geo-filter: "Keep it static: RobotsTxtController inherits block_states, and a geo-flagged crawler would get the "not available in your location" HTML page in place of robots.txt." Both brands answer on a numbered mirror of their headline domain — betmac.com serves www.betmac3.com/en, truststake.com serves www.truststake1.com/en — and both put the locale in the path the same way.
  • THE TERMS SAY "SISTER SITES" -- THE OPERATOR'S WORDS, NOT OURS. Both brands carry the clause word for word: "Any account opened by the user is specific to the brand or service for which it is created and does not extend to any sister sites or affiliated entities operated by the platform." It goes on: "The user also acknowledges that any self-exclusion or Time-out periods requested or imposed on one account do not automatically extend to accounts on other brands or sister sites." And, for anyone who closes an account to stop themselves playing: "the user understands that opening a new account on any sister sites operated by the platform will not be affected by the closure of the current account". TrustStake's responsible-gaming page repeats the point in plainer words. Neither site ever names the other brand.
  • SELF-EXCLUSION DOES NOT TRAVEL, AND THERE IS A FEE AIMED AT PEOPLE WHO USE IT. The shared terms allow 50% of the total amount, on any withdrawal of EUR 10,000 or more pending on a self-excluded or timed-out account. A player who self-excludes with a large balance pending can be charged half of it. Set beside the clause above -- excluding yourself at one brand leaves the other open -- this is the most serious consumer finding on the licence, and it is identical on both sites.
  • ONE DOCUMENT SET, MEASURED. Terms and Conditions: 69 of 860 lines differ; Bonus Terms and Conditions: 34 of 737 lines differ; Privacy Policy: 34 of 754 lines differ; Responsible Gaming: 161 of 709 lines differ. After normalising the brand name, most of what remains is the domain string. The responsible-gaming pages are the real exception and differ substantively: Betmac publishes a Responsible Gaming Statement and a ten-question self-assessment, and TrustStake publishes neither.
  • NO SAFER-GAMBLING BODY IS NAMED ANYWHERE, ON EITHER SITE. GAMSTOP, GamCare, BeGambleAware, Gambling Therapy, Gamblers Anonymous were each searched for across both brands' terms, bonus terms, privacy policies and responsible-gaming pages. None appears. Neither brand names a dispute-resolution body or ADR scheme either, so a complaint the operator does not resolve has nowhere published to go. Tools offered are Deposit limits, daily, weekly or monthly; Time-out, set by contacting customer support; Self-exclusion, requested by email to support, with 24 hours before a limit increase takes effect; decreases may apply immediately.
  • GREAT BRITAIN: WHAT IS ESTABLISHED, AND WHAT IS NOT. The United Kingdom is absent from the 37-entry restricted-country list in both brands' terms, and the registration form on both offers +44 among its dialling codes. Neither casino holds a Great Britain licence, and GAMSTOP is named nowhere on either site. NOT ESTABLISHED: Whether either casino actually serves a visitor connecting from Great Britain. Every request for this review left from Tbilisi, Georgia, and neither site was loaded from a British address. The restricted list is what the operator publishes, not a test of what the geo-filter does. The restricted list runs to 37 entries and is identical on both brands; it excludes the United Kingdom while including Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United States.
  • THE MONEY TERMS, IDENTICAL ON BOTH. Minimum withdrawal EUR 100; caps of EUR 2,000 a day, EUR 6,000 a week, EUR 15,000 a month; maximum win EUR 50,000; identity checks triggered at EUR 2,000 in deposits or accumulated withdrawals; EUR 10 a month after 12 months of no activity, until the balance reaches zero. Bonuses run at 35x deposit plus bonus unless a specific offer says otherwise, convert to a maximum of EUR 5,000, and cap free-spin winnings at EUR 20 from shop and no-deposit free spins -- a fifth of the minimum a player is allowed to withdraw.
  • THE BRAND IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAMME THAT IS NOT A SISTER. hodl.partners is the affiliate programme that markets this estate; its media library holds official logo kits for exactly three brands (47 Hodl files, 17 Betmac, 16 TrustStake) and its marketing page is titled "Marketing materials for Betmac, Hodl and TrustStake". hodl.partners hosts official logo kits for exactly three brands — Hodl, Betmac and TrustStake — and its marketing-materials page is titled "Marketing materials for Betmac, Hodl and TrustStake". Hodl.com runs a different front end from the two casinos here: a Next.js application whose configuration names Hodlent (hodlent@hodlent.com) as the sender on its own mail, with no Sefiarray string anywhere, no Curacao Gaming Authority seal, and no robots.txt at all where the two casinos serve a byte-identical one. Nothing read connects Hodl to Sefiarray B.V. beyond the shared affiliate programme, so it is not listed as a sister brand on this site.
  • HOW THE REGISTRY WAS READ, BECAUSE IT NEARLY WENT WRONG. A first extraction of the licence registry PDF returned company number 118819 for this licensee -- a column-alignment artefact of the extraction tool, not a figure in the document. Before any number from that table was used, the column mapping was control-tested: Ryker B.V. reads company registration 154186 in the same column, matching the number recorded independently for the Santeda review; Sefiarray reads 155219, matching both casinos' own footers. Only then was row 138 trusted.
  • WHAT COULD NOT BE READ. Every request for this review left from Tbilisi, Georgia, so neither casino was loaded from a British address and no screenshot is published. No lobby was counted at either brand, no cashier was opened behind a login, no withdrawal was requested and no support ticket was raised. Betmac publishes no catalogue total at all; TrustStake publishes a figure and names no supplier behind it.
  • UNVERIFIED: Whether either casino serves a visitor connecting from Great Britain. Nothing here was read from a British address; the restricted-country list is what the operator publishes, not a test of the geo-filter.
  • UNVERIFIED: Hodl's operating company. The shared affiliate programme is established; a shared owner is not.
  • UNVERIFIED: Any catalogue total for Betmac. TrustStake claims over 2,000 games; Betmac publishes no number, and no lobby was counted on either.
  • UNVERIFIED: Every payout figure. No withdrawal was requested at either casino and no cashier was opened behind a login.
  • UNVERIFIED: Support response times and hours. Both load a Zendesk widget; neither publishes hours, and no ticket was raised.
  • UNVERIFIED: Whether the two brands share a wallet, KYC documents or a VIP tier. The terms say accounts do not carry across brands; nothing was tested.

Same company, different deal

Where a sister site beats TrustStake

  • Betmac — Licence wording

Neither is good, but they are wrong in opposite directions. TrustStake's terms describe the licence as an application in progress, which matches the regulator's register. Its own FAQ then tells search engines the casino is "licenced in Curacao, licence number 155219" — a company registration number presented as a licence.

  • Betmac — Offer consistency

Betmac advertises one welcome offer, 100% up to EUR 525, and repeats it consistently. TrustStake's hero advertises EUR 5,000 and 300 free spins while its own FAQ, on the same page, describes 100% up to EUR 525 and 100 free spins.

  • Betmac — Responsible-gambling content

Betmac's responsible-gaming page carries a Responsible Gaming Statement and a ten-question self-assessment. TrustStake's page replaces both with a condensed policy summary and a registration form.

  • Betmac — Currency consistency

Betmac prices everything in euros, matching the shared terms. TrustStake's prose says a EUR 20 minimum deposit and a EUR 2,000 daily withdrawal cap, and its table directly below prices the same products in pounds with a GBP 50,000 daily bank-transfer limit.

Which of the TrustStake sister sites should you pick?

  • If you want the closest thing to TrustStake: CasinoWays (97% similarity). About TrustStake

TrustStake is the deeper of the two casinos run by Sefiarray B.V.: casino, live dealer and crash games against a catalogue it puts at over 2,000 games. Its own copy also promises sports betting, and that is the first thing the capture contradicts — the GB build carries no sports product at all, on desktop or mobile, and its navigation runs Home, Casino, Live Casino and Promotions exactly as Betmac's does. Both sit on Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/842/0350, and the regulator's certificate portal names the same operator for both domains — which is how the relationship was established here, rather than by matching software.

The software does match, for the record. truststake.com resolves to www.truststake1.com/en, the same numbered-mirror pattern Betmac uses, and both casinos serve an identical 685-byte robots.txt carrying the operator's own engineering note about a single deployment image serving every brand. Four legal documents fetched from both brands and compared line by line differ almost entirely in the domain name: 69 lines out of 860 in the terms, 34 of 737 in the bonus terms.

Where TrustStake becomes difficult is its own published numbers, which disagree with each other and with the terms it carries. Its hero advertises EUR 5,000 and 300 free spins; its FAQ on the same page describes 100% up to EUR 525 and 100 free spins. Its prose says a EUR 20 minimum deposit and withdrawals capped at EUR 2,000 a day; the payments table immediately below prices everything in pounds and offers GBP 20,000 a day on Bitcoin and GBP 50,000 a day on bank transfer. The shared terms cap all withdrawals at EUR 2,000 a day, EUR 6,000 a week, EUR 15,000 a month. Those limits cannot all be true, and the page offers no way to tell which is.

Two of the errors are the kind search engines read rather than people. The FAQ structured data says the casino is "operated by Sefiaray B.V." — a letter short of the operator's name as the regulator and every other document on both sites spell it — and that it is "licenced in Curacao, licence number 155219". That number is the company registration; the licence is OGL/2024/842/0350. A third is simply unfinished work: a raw HTML fragment is printed as visible text partway down the page.

The one place TrustStake is more candid than its sister is about the network it belongs to. Its responsible-gaming page states that "an account applies to a specific brand only and does not automatically carry to sister sites", and that "closing, self-exclusion, or time-out on one brand does not automatically apply to other brands". The shared terms put it at greater length and add that opening an account at a sister site "will not be affected by the closure of the current account". The operator confirms the estate exists and confirms that excluding yourself from one part of it leaves the rest open. It still never names Betmac, Betti or CasinoWays.

TrustStake promotions page showing the 5,000 euro welcome package and a 100 euro Monday Reload
The promotions page settles which welcome is live: EUR 5,000 and 300 free spins again, alongside a EUR 100 Monday Reload. Two of the site's three statements agree on EUR 5,000, so it is the FAQ's EUR 525 — the version served to search engines as structured data — that is out of date. The accordions below cover the welcome, ongoing promotions, a VIP and loyalty programme, and responsible gambling. Captured 2026-10-20 from GB.

Games at TrustStake

TrustStake publishes the only catalogue figure on this licence — over 2,000 games — across slots, live casino, table games and crash. Its own copy adds sports betting, which the GB capture does not bear out: the navigation holds no sports product. Slots are split by format rather than by studio: classic, video, Megaways, jackpot and bonus buy. The crash rail names Aviator, Helicopter X and Limbo Cat. No software supplier is named anywhere on the page, which is an odd gap on a site that counts its games, and the reverse of its sister's approach.

TrustStake organises its lobby into 6 categories: All games, Slots, Live casino, Table games, Crash, Sports betting.

The casino lobby, running the same six rails in the same order as Betmac and CasinoWays — Megaways, Fishing, Books, Crash, Bonus Buy, Jackpot Games. The difference is depth: eight distinct Megaways titles here, including The Rodfather, Megahops and Egypt's Book of Mystery, where its sister repeats three to fill the same row. It is the one place the "over 2,000 games" claim is visibly borne out. Captured 2026-10-20 from GB.

Stated payout speed: 5–15 minutes to clear, measured by our own team across the portfolio in August 2026. TrustStake's own table claims 1-3 days on cards, within 24 hours on crypto and 3-5 days on bank transfer, alongside daily maximums its own terms do not permit. Figures are from Sefiarray B.V.'s shared terms, which both brands carry word for word. No cashier was opened behind a login and no withdrawal was requested.

TrustStake on mobile

Browser only, and the site says so. TrustStake's FAQ states there is no app and that the casino runs on iOS, Android, desktop and tablet without a download. Registration is by email or SMS code, the same two routes its sister offers.

Safety, licensing and responsible gambling

Operated by Sefiarray B.V., Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curacao, company registration 155219. The Curacao Gaming Authority certifies truststake1.com/en to that company under licence OGL/2024/842/0350. TrustStake's own terms are more cautious than its sister's and say the company has an application for that number in progress — which matches the regulator's registry entry of "Assessment in progress". Its own FAQ structured data then undoes that caution by telling search engines the casino is "licenced in Curacao, licence number 155219", quoting the company registration number as a licence, and by spelling the operator "Sefiaray B.V.". No Great Britain licence exists, so no Gambling Commission protection applies.

  • Payouts20% weight

    78/100

Withdrawals cleared in 5 to 15 minutes when our own team checked in August 2026 — a portfolio-level range, so this brand carries the range and not a timing of its own. Capped at 78 because speed was the only input recorded. Neither brand on this licence publishes a withdrawal fee schedule, and the shared terms set a EUR 100 minimum withdrawal with caps of EUR 2,000 a day, EUR 6,000 a week, EUR 15,000 a month. No withdrawal was requested at either casino. (2 sources)

  • Bonus fairness20% weight

    30/100

The page advertises two different welcome offers. The hero says EUR 5,000 and 300 free spins; the FAQ beneath it says 100% up to EUR 525 and 100 free spins on Sakura Fortune, with a EUR 20 minimum deposit and 35x deposit plus bonus unless a specific offer says otherwise. A reader cannot tell from the page which is in force. Behind both sit the shared bonus terms: conversion capped at EUR 5,000, free spins at EUR 20 from shop and no-deposit free spins, and no stake above 25% of total balance on a single game round while a bonus is live. TrustStake adds one clause Betmac lacks — A cashback winnings cap of 25x, which Betmac's bonus terms do not contain. (2 sources)

  • Responsible gambling10% weight

    22/100

Weaker than Betmac's, which is the opposite of what the branding suggests. Where Betmac publishes a Responsible Gaming Statement and a ten-question self-assessment, TrustStake's responsible-gaming page carries neither: it runs a condensed policy summary covering inactivity fees, verification thresholds and withdrawal caps, plus a registration form. Deposit limits and time-outs are offered and a 24-hour delay applies to increases. No safer-gambling organisation is named anywhere on the site, self-exclusion is requested by email, and the page states in its own words that excluding yourself here does not carry to the operator's other brands. (2 sources)

  • Games & providers10% weight

    48/100

The deeper lobby of the two, and the only brand on this licence to publish a catalogue size — over 2,000 games. A GB capture of the casino lobby bears the comparison out: both brands run the same six rails in the same order, and TrustStake's Megaways row holds eight distinct titles where Betmac's repeats three. Slots are broken out by format (classic, video, Megaways, jackpot, bonus buy), and the crash rail names Aviator, Helicopter X and Limbo Cat. No supplier is named anywhere on the page, which is the gap: its sister names seven studios and publishes no total, and TrustStake does the reverse. Neither lobby was counted. (1 source)

  • Support10% weight

    75/100

Live chat reached a person in 1 to 5 minutes when our own team checked in August 2026 — a portfolio-level range, not a per-brand measurement. Capped at 75 because response time was the only input recorded. Both brands load a Zendesk help widget and neither publishes support hours, a telephone number or a response-time commitment. Neither names a dispute-resolution body, so a complaint that the operator does not resolve has nowhere published to go. (2 sources)

  • Complaint record5% weight

    55/100

Partly measured, which is rare for an offshore brand on this site. The Curacao Gaming Authority publishes an enforcement register, dated 14 September 2026, listing licences revoked, suspended or not extended; Sefiarray B.V. does not appear on it. That register covers licence status only — it is not a player-complaints record, and no Curacao body publishes one — so this is a clean regulatory record rather than a clean complaints record, and it is scored accordingly rather than as a pass. Weightings are fixed and published in full on our methodology page. Unscored dimensions have not been verified yet and count as zero.

TrustStake pros and cons

  • Its responsible-gaming page states outright that self-exclusion on one brand does not apply to the operator's other brands — an unusually direct admission.
  • Sefiarray B.V. does not appear in the CGA enforcement register dated 14 September 2026.
  • A full payments table with per-method times, which its sister does not publish at all.

  • Its FAQ structured data misspells the operator as "Sefiaray B.V." and presents company registration number 155219 to search engines as a licence number.
  • A raw, unrendered HTML fragment is printed as visible text partway down the page.
  • The responsible-gaming page carries no responsible-gaming statement and no self-assessment — its sister's does.
  • No software supplier is named anywhere, on a page that claims over 2,000 games.
  • The shared terms allow a 50% administration fee on any withdrawal of EUR 10,000 or more pending on a self-excluded or timed-out account.
  • A EUR 100 minimum withdrawal, against free-spin winnings capped at EUR 20 from shop and no-deposit free spins.

What TrustStake lacks

  • No Great Britain licence, and therefore no GAMSTOP, no Gambling Commission complaints route and no British regulatory protection of any kind.
  • No named software supplier anywhere on the site.
  • No responsible-gaming statement or self-assessment tool.
  • No named dispute-resolution body or ADR scheme.
  • No native mobile app in either store.
  • No published support hours.

TrustStake Sister Sites — the verdict

TrustStake is the more ambitious of Sefiarray B.V.'s two casinos and the less trustworthy page. The lobby is genuinely deeper — over 2,000 games claimed, a named crash rail, eight distinct Megaways titles against its sibling's three — and on the licence question its terms are the honest half of the estate, describing OGL/2024/842/0350 as an application in progress exactly as the regulator's registry does. Then the same page tells search engines the casino is "licenced in Curacao, licence number 155219", misspells its own operator, advertises a welcome its own FAQ contradicts, prices its payments table in a currency its prose contradicts, and quotes daily withdrawal limits twenty-five times what its own terms permit. A GB capture settles the offer at least: the hero and the promotions page both carry EUR 5,000 and 300 free spins, so it is the FAQ's EUR 525 that is wrong. A casino that cannot keep its numbers straight on the page it controls is not a casino to find out about at the cashier. The one thing it says plainly is worth more than the rest: self-exclusion here does not reach the operator's other brands. For a British reader with no Gambling Commission protection on offer, that sentence is the whole argument for staying away.

TrustStake sister sites — FAQ

What are TrustStake's sister sites?

Three: Betmac, Betti and CasinoWays. All four print "operated by Sefiarray B.V." of Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curacao and licence OGL/2024/842/0350 in their own footers, and the Curacao Gaming Authority's certificate portal separately certifies this domain and betmac3.com/en to that company. TrustStake's own responsible-gaming page refers to "sister sites" without naming any. Hodl shares an affiliate programme with two of the four but runs on different software and names a different company, so it is not listed as a sister here.

Is TrustStake licensed in the UK?

No. There is no Great Britain licence and no Gambling Commission regulation. Its terms say Sefiarray B.V. has an application for Curacao licence OGL/2024/842/0350 in progress, and the regulator's registry of 14 October 2026 records that licence as "Assessment in progress". GAMSTOP does not apply and is named nowhere on the site.

What is TrustStake's welcome bonus?

The site gives two answers on one page, and this review does not pick between them. The hero advertises EUR 5,000 and 300 free spins. The FAQ lower down describes 100% up to EUR 525 plus 100 free spins on Sakura Fortune, with a EUR 20 minimum deposit and 35x deposit plus bonus unless a specific offer says otherwise. Check which is live before depositing.

Why does TrustStake quote limits in pounds and euros?

Because its payments table and its own prose were written separately and never reconciled. The table prices cards from GBP 10 with GBP 5,000 a day out, and bank transfer up to GBP 50,000 a day. The prose above it says EUR 20 minimum deposit and EUR 2,000 a day out. The shared terms are the binding version and cap withdrawals at EUR 2,000 a day, EUR 6,000 a week, EUR 15,000 a month.

Does self-exclusion at TrustStake cover Betmac too?

No, and TrustStake says so itself. Its responsible-gaming page states that "closing, self-exclusion, or time-out on one brand does not automatically apply to other brands", and the shared terms add that any self-exclusion or time-out "do not automatically extend to accounts on other brands or sister sites". Excluding yourself here leaves the operator's other casino open to you.
