GRP Casino Sister Sites & Full Review

3.1/5Trust 61/100Eaton Gate Gaming Limited
By Joaquin Moss8+ years testing UK casinos · Updated 2026-10-11

GRP Casino is operated by Kwiff Limited of Msida, Malta, as named agent on UK Gambling Commission account 44448 held by Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, and is one of two casino brands on that licence whose names appear nowhere on the register's list of trading names.

The short answer

There are 2 GRP Casino sister sites: kwiff and SlotsKing. All 2 of them, and GRP Casino itself, are operated by Eaton Gate Gaming Limited on a single UK Gambling Commission account, 44448.

Compare all 2

Pros

  • Footer states the operator, the parent company, the account number and the agency arrangement in full
  • Claims 4,000-plus games with rail counts that are at least consistent with it
  • Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live and Playtech all named on the lobby

Cons

  • The banner advertises "up to 200 free spins" when £20 buys 40; the 200 needs £100 staked across five days
  • "GRP Casino" is not a registered trading name on the licence it names
  • The copyright names Spryme Limited, a company explained nowhere on the site or in the terms
GRP Casino sister sites evidence: the grpcasino.com homepage showing the wager £20 for up to 200 free spins welcome offer on Big Bass Splash
grpcasino.com on 11 October 2026, through a GB exit. The banner promises up to 200 free spins; the line under the button gives 40 a day for £20 staked, so the 200 takes £100 across five days. Captured 2026-10-11 from GB.

Screenshot coverage on this page

This page shows 1 of the five screenshot slots we aim for. The homepage was captured through a GB exit on 11 October 2026 — this brand refuses non-GB connections outright. Only the homepage: its promotions and terms pages returned server errors on every attempt, and are marked unread where that matters. Everything described below was read from GRP Casino's own English pages; we would rather show you no picture than the wrong casino's.

How we know GRP Casino shares an operator with these brands

Confirmed · 90/100
  • Shared licence numberweight 40%

GRP Casino runs on a domain registered to UK Gambling Commission account 44448, held by Eaton Gate Gaming Limited of Derby and operated by Kwiff Limited of Malta as its named agent. Two other brands share it: kwiff and SlotsKing. All 7 domains on the account are Active; none is a White Label.

    Source
  • Same platform fingerprintweight 15%

All four web domains on this licence answer a plain HTTP request with the same 7865-byte single-page-app shell, MD5 a20a9588556d0c1052d4798e6b51c6ac, carrying no title and no text. The brands are configuration on top of one deployment.

    Source
  • Shared support infrastructureweight 10%

The robots.txt served by kwiff.com, grpcasino.com and slotsking.com is byte-identical (MD5 72f55d2e5d2b6a8ae1655d8e4371cf3b) and names the same five sitemaps on all three, covering kwiff.com, casino.kwiff.com, betkwiff.com, casino.betkwiff.com and grpcasino.com. SlotsKing's copy therefore points crawlers at its siblings and lists no sitemap of its own.

    Source
  • Identical T&C clausesweight 25%

GRP Casino and its fellow casino print the same operator statement word for word, down to the address and the phrase "by way of umbrella licence held by its parent company", and both close with a copyright line naming Spryme Limited. Neither brand's own terms page could be loaded from a GB connection, so the comparison rests on the footers.

    Source
  • Shared payment processorweight 10%not established

Not established. None of the three brands publishes a cashier, a deposit minimum, a withdrawal minimum or a fee anywhere reachable without an account, and the two casinos' terms pages did not load. Nothing is claimed about shared payment processing.

  • THE UMBRELLA LICENCE. This is the structure that makes the group unusual. Clause B.1 of the group terms reads: "Eaton Gate Gaming Limited is authorised to provide facilities for gambling by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain via Kwiff Limited as its named agent by the umbrella licence issued account number 44448." The licence holder is a Derby company (9526212, Prospect House, 1 Prospect Place, Millennium Way, Pride Park, Derby DE24 8HG); the operator is its wholly-owned Malta subsidiary. That is neither a white label nor a plain licensee, and no other operator reviewed on this site is built this way.
  • EVERY DOMAIN IS ACTIVE -- THE EXACT INVERSE OF BETABLE. Account 44448 carries 7 domains, all 7 Active, with 0 White Label and 0 Inactive. Betable (23328), reviewed four days earlier, has twelve domains and zero Active. Eaton Gate owns everything it runs; Betable owns nothing it runs.
  • ONE REGISTERED TRADING NAME FOR THREE BRANDS. The register lists only "kwiff". GRP Casino and SlotsKing trade under their own names on domains registered to this account, and neither name appears on the trading-name list. Both casinos do name the licensee in their footers, so nothing is concealed -- but a reader searching the register for either casino will not find it.
  • ONE DEPLOYMENT, MEASURED TWICE. All four web domains answer a plain request with the same 7865-byte app shell (MD5 a20a9588556d0c1052d4798e6b51c6ac), carrying no title and no text. The robots.txt is byte-identical across the estate (MD5 72f55d2e5d2b6a8ae1655d8e4371cf3b) and names the same five sitemaps on all three brands. SlotsKing's own copy therefore points crawlers at kwiff's and GRP Casino's sitemaps and lists none of its own.
  • THE WHOLE ESTATE IS CLOSED TO NON-GB VISITORS. All three brands reject a non-GB connection. GRP Casino and SlotsKing redirect to /location_rejected/ and print "You seem to be in a location where our site is not available", SlotsKing adding "Do not use any VPN with our services". kwiff.com does not show a rejection page at all: it redirects the visitor to betkwiff.com, a domain that does not appear anywhere on account 44448. Everything read for these reviews was therefore fetched through a GB exit, and each page was checked for account 44448, GBP pricing and the operator statement before it was used.
  • SIX DEFECTS IN ONE TERMS DOCUMENT. Version 37, stamped "Last updated: 10/03/2025" and live in October 2026. It prints the Commission account number as "4448" rather than 44448. Its footer says Kwiff Limited holds the British licence while clause B.1 says Eaton Gate does. It gives Kwiff Limited three different Malta addresses. Clause K.3 routes complainants to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, which closed on 20 July 2025. The copyright line reads 2015 to 2021. And it names an Isle of Man company, Worldwide Gaming Limited, without explaining its role.
  • GAMSTOP IS NAMED NOWHERE. Not in the group's terms, and not on any of the three British homepages. The terms ask the player to warrant they are "not self-excluded from gambling with us or any national provider of self-exclusion" without naming the scheme; the safer-gambling link goes to GambleAware. Every GB-licensed remote operator must participate in GAMSTOP, so this is a finding about what the pages say, not a claim about participation.
  • WHAT COULD NOT BE READ. The two casinos' terms pages and SlotsKing's promotions page returned server errors on every attempt through a GB exit, and kwiff.com/terms-and-conditions/ is a soft 404 that serves the homepage. The only readable terms for the group are on https://corporate.kwiff.com/terms-conditions/. No brand on this licence publishes a cashier, a withdrawal time, a minimum or a fee without a login.
  • UNVERIFIED: Spryme Limited — holds the copyright on kwiff's terms and on both casino footers. No registration number or jurisdiction is given for it anywhere, and its relationship to the EGG Group is not stated.
  • UNVERIFIED: Worldwide Gaming Limited (Isle of Man, 017900V) — named in kwiff's terms footer. Whether any part of the GB service runs through it was not established.
  • UNVERIFIED: betkwiff.com — where kwiff sends non-GB visitors. It is not on account 44448 and carries no GB licence, so it was not opened or reviewed. Whether the EGG Group operates it was not established from a GB-readable source.
  • UNVERIFIED: eatongate.com — the Google Play listing registered on this licence carries the package name gaming.eatongate.com.kwiffapp, but eatongate.com itself serves a site for "Eaton Gate Capital Partners", which is not Eaton Gate Gaming Limited and is not named in any of the group's terms. The two may be connected; nothing we read establishes it, and the network's mark is borrowed from kwiff rather than taken from that site.

kwiff links straight to its Gambling Commission register entry from its homepage FAQ. GRP Casino states the account number in its footer but does not link it.

  • SlotsKing — Catalogue size

SlotsKing's named rails are consistently larger — 90 table games against GRP Casino's 47 most-played, and 99 live tables against 26.

About GRP Casino

GRP Casino is dressed as a gold rush — "Strike Big with Exclusive Rewards", "Gold Rush of Games", "No dragging your boots" — and underneath it is the busier of the two casinos on this licence in one specific way: it is the only one with a Sports tab in its navigation. kwiff is a sportsbook that grew a casino; GRP Casino is a casino that borrowed the sportsbook. The licence history fits that exactly: betting was permitted from March 2016, the casino permission came nine months later, and virtual-event betting only in 2023.

The welcome offer rewards reading twice, and the two readings are a long way apart. The banner says "wager £20 to get up to 200 free spins on Big Bass Splash". The small print under the button says: "New customers. In 5 days from first deposit, stake £20 on slots in a day for 40 x £0.10 FS/day (max 200). Max £250 cash winnings, T&Cs apply. Ends 1/1/27." So £20 staked in a day returns 40 spins at ten pence — £4.00 of play for £20 through the slots — and the advertised 200 spins means repeating that on five separate days, or £100 staked for £20 of spins, with winnings capped at £250. It is a stake-based reward rather than a deposit match, so there is no bonus balance and no wagering multiplier; what the site does not publish is which slots count towards the £20.

The lobby is where the money has gone. The site claims over 4,000 games and the rail counts are at least consistent with a real catalogue: 52 and 47 in its two most-played rails, 37 new games, 26 live casino tables, 25 lottery titles, 16 crash games and a ten-slot tournament rail. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live and Playtech are named directly. Several live tables — Lightning Roulette, Gates of Olympus Roulette, Money Time, Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live — are flagged "Network Promo", which means the promotion is the supplier's across many casinos, not GRP's own. Its own event is the Double Chance Tournament: the top 200 finishers share a £3,000 prize pool, with a separate £3,000 cash drop running alongside.

The ownership here takes a form that appears nowhere else on this site. UK Gambling Commission account 44448 is held by Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, a company registered in England and Wales as 9526212 with its office at Prospect House, 1 Prospect Place, Millennium Way, Pride Park, Derby DE24 8HG. But Eaton Gate does not run the sites. Clause B.1 of the group's terms says it is "authorised to provide facilities for gambling by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain via Kwiff Limited as its named agent by the umbrella licence". Kwiff Limited is a Malta company, C77623, wholly owned by Eaton Gate. So the licence sits in Derby, the operating sits in Msida, and the regulator's register names only the Derby company. That is not a white label — the brands are owned by the group, not rented to it — and it is not a straightforward licensee either.

The three brands run on one deployment, and two measurements show it without needing to read a word of marketing copy. First, all four web domains answer a plain request with the same 7865-byte app shell — MD5 a20a9588556d0c1052d4798e6b51c6ac — carrying no title and no text at all; what you get depends entirely on the JavaScript that loads next. Second, the robots.txt files are byte-identical across the estate (MD5 72f55d2e5d2b6a8ae1655d8e4371cf3b) and all three name the same five sitemaps, covering kwiff.com, casino.kwiff.com, betkwiff.com, casino.betkwiff.com and grpcasino.com. SlotsKing's own robots.txt thus directs crawlers to its siblings' sitemaps and lists none of its own.

Two small things separate GRP Casino from SlotsKing in the footer, and they are the kind of detail that only shows up when you read both. GRP's copyright reads "© 2026 Spryme Limited"; SlotsKing's reads "© 2015 – 2026 Spryme Limited". And GRP publishes a contact address, help@grpcasino.com, where SlotsKing's homepage publishes none. Spryme Limited itself is named on both casinos and in kwiff's terms, always in the copyright line, and never once explained — it is not the licensee, not the named agent, and no registration number is given for it anywhere we looked.

You cannot read GRP Casino's terms. The link is in the footer, the path is grpcasino.com/terms-and-conditions/, and every attempt to load it through a British connection returned a server error — twice, on separate days. What governs the account is therefore the group document on corporate.kwiff.com, and that document is in poor shape: it prints the Commission account number as "4448" when the account is 44448, its footer says Kwiff Limited holds the British licence while clause B.1 says Eaton Gate does, and it gives Kwiff Limited three different Malta addresses. It also sends complainants to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, which closed on 20 July 2025 and stopped taking new cases in March that year. A reader following GRP Casino's own complaints route today arrives nowhere.

If you are reading this from outside Great Britain you will not see the casino at all. GRP Casino redirects foreign visitors to a page reading "You seem to be in a location where our site is not available", pointing them at help@grpcasino.com. Its sister SlotsKing shows the same page with an extra line — "Do not use any VPN with our services" — and kwiff does something different again, moving the visitor to betkwiff.com, a domain that appears nowhere on account 44448. Everything on this page was therefore read through a British exit.

One word is missing from the whole site, and it is worth naming precisely. GAMSTOP appears nowhere on GRP Casino — not in the footer that carries the licence statement, not on the safer-gambling link, and not in the group's terms. Those terms ask you to warrant you are not self-excluded with "any national provider of self-exclusion" without saying which one that is, and the safer-gambling link goes to GambleAware instead. Every operator licensed for remote gambling in Great Britain has to be in GAMSTOP, so this is a finding about what GRP Casino tells you, not a claim that it sits outside the scheme.

No other operator reviewed on this site uses a named-agent arrangement, and the phrase "umbrella licence" appears in no other operator's terms we have read.

UK Gambling Commission account 44448 carries 7 domains and every one of them is Active: no White Label, no Inactive. 2 of the 7 are app-store listings rather than websites, leaving 5 web domains across 3 brands. This is the exact inverse of Betable (account 23328), whose twelve domains include no Active entry at all and whose every live brand belongs to someone else.

The register lists exactly one trading name against account 44448: "kwiff". GRP Casino and SlotsKing each trade under their own name, on a domain registered to this same account, and neither name appears on the account's trading-name list. Nothing about that is hidden — both casinos name the licensee in their footers — but a reader checking the register for "GRP Casino" or "SlotsKing" will not find either.

One licence number, 044448-R-323408-017, carries four activities added over seven years: Gambling Software and General Betting Standard for real events on 8 March 2016, Casino on 1 December 2016, and General Betting Standard for virtual events on 2 February 2023. The betting permission came first and the casino nine months later, which is the shape of the estate: kwiff is a sportsbook with a casino attached, and the two casino brands came afterwards.

kwiff.com, grpcasino.com and slotsking.com serve a byte-identical robots.txt (MD5 72f55d2e5d2b6a8ae1655d8e4371cf3b), and it names the same five sitemaps on all three: kwiff.com, casino.kwiff.com, betkwiff.com, casino.betkwiff.com and grpcasino.com. SlotsKing's own robots.txt therefore sends crawlers to kwiff's and GRP Casino's sitemaps, and lists no sitemap of its own. One robots.txt has been deployed across the estate without being varied per brand — a configuration artefact no marketing page would reveal.

All four web domains — kwiff.com, kwiffcasino.com, grpcasino.com and slotsking.com — answer a plain HTTP request with the same 7865-byte single-page-app shell, MD5 a20a9588556d0c1052d4798e6b51c6ac, carrying no title and no text. The brands differ only in what their JavaScript then loads. Two independent counts survive into the rendered pages: GRP Casino and SlotsKing both show "New Games — See all 37" and "Most Played — See all 10", captured minutes apart.

GRP Casino and SlotsKing print the same operator statement word for word: "Operated by Kwiff Limited, Level 2, Domestica Building, Triq Il-Wied Ta' L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. Kwiff Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eaton Gate Gaming Limited. Eaton Gate Gaming Limited is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 44448. This licence names Kwiff Ltd as agent and authorises Kwiff Ltd to provide gambling facilities, by way of umbrella licence held by its parent company." Both then close with a copyright line naming Spryme Limited, a company neither footer explains.

Everything read for these reviews was therefore fetched through a GB exit, and each page was checked for account 44448, GBP pricing and the operator statement before it was used.

kwiff's terms, version 37, stamped "Last updated: 10/03/2025" and live on 11 October 2026, contain six separate defects. The Commission account number is printed as "4448" rather than 44448. The footer says Kwiff Limited holds the GB licence while clause B.1 says Eaton Gate holds it and Kwiff is only its agent. Kwiff Limited is given three different Malta addresses in the one document. Clause K.3 points complainants at the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, which closed on 20 July 2025. The copyright line reads "© 2015 – 2021". And the footer introduces an Isle of Man company, Worldwide Gaming Limited, without explaining its role.

The terms name eCOGRA as the alternative dispute resolution body (clause K.2) and commit to resolving complaints within 8 weeks of receiving the information needed (K.1), under the law of England and Wales. After thirteen consecutive months without a transaction, a dormant-account fee of £5 a month is deducted until the account is reactivated, closed, or the balance reaches zero. Notice is sent by email after twelve months. A separate Irish Revenue licence, reference 1015903, is also declared.

  • OBSERVED

GAMSTOP is not named once in kwiff's terms, nor anywhere on the GB homepages of kwiff, GRP Casino or SlotsKing. The terms ask the player to warrant that they are "not self-excluded from gambling with us or any national provider of self-exclusion" without saying which scheme that is, and kwiff's safer-gambling link points to GambleAware. Every GB-licensed remote operator must participate in GAMSTOP; this is a finding about what the published pages say, not about whether the operator participates.

Full-text search for GAMSTOP across kwiff's terms and the three GB homepages — zero occurrences · checked 2026-10-11

  • OBSERVED

kwiff's homepage FAQ answers "Is kwiff a licensed and safe UK betting site?" with a direct link to its own entry on the Gambling Commission's public register. Very few operators link the register at all, and almost none link straight to their own record — it is the single cheapest thing an operator can do to let a reader check the claim, and it sits oddly beside terms that print the account number wrongly.

GRP Casino pros and cons

Pros

  • Footer states the operator, the parent company, the account number and the agency arrangement in full
  • Claims 4,000-plus games with rail counts that are at least consistent with it
  • Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live and Playtech all named on the lobby
  • Publishes a contact address, which its sister SlotsKing does not
  • Runs its own tournament with a stated £3,000 prize pool, separate from supplier promotions

Cons

  • The banner advertises "up to 200 free spins" when £20 buys 40; the 200 needs £100 staked across five days
  • "GRP Casino" is not a registered trading name on the licence it names
  • The copyright names Spryme Limited, a company explained nowhere on the site or in the terms
  • Its terms page could not be loaded from a GB connection on any attempt
  • Several headline live tables are supplier "Network Promo" events rather than the casino's own
  • GAMSTOP is not named on the site

What GRP Casino lacks

  • A readable terms and conditions page
  • Any list of which slots qualify for the welcome spins
  • Published withdrawal times, minimums or fees
  • Any mention of kwiff or SlotsKing anywhere on the site

GRP Casino Sister Sites — the verdict

GRP Casino is the better-furnished of the two casinos on this licence and the one that tells you most about who runs it — its footer names the operator, the parent, the account number and the agency arrangement, which is more than most brands manage. The catalogue looks real and the suppliers are named. The welcome offer is the weak point: £20 staked for £4.00 of spins is a poor exchange however it is dressed, and several of the live tables it leads with are supplier promotions running at dozens of casinos rather than anything of GRP's own. Worth a look for the lobby, not for the sign-up.

GRP Casino sister sites — FAQ

Who owns GRP Casino?

GRP Casino's own footer says it: "Operated by Kwiff Limited, Level 2, Domestica Building, Triq Il-Wied Ta' L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. Kwiff Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eaton Gate Gaming Limited." Eaton Gate holds UK Gambling Commission account 44448 and names Kwiff Ltd on it as agent under an umbrella licence. The copyright line adds a third name, Spryme Limited, which the site does not explain.

What are GRP Casino's sister sites?

kwiff and SlotsKing. All three run on domains registered to Gambling Commission account 44448, all three serve a byte-identical app shell and robots.txt, and GRP Casino and SlotsKing print the same operator statement word for word. GRP Casino and SlotsKing even show identical rail counts — 37 new games and 10 most-played — on pages captured minutes apart.

What is GRP Casino's welcome offer worth?

Less than the banner implies. "Up to 200 free spins" is the headline; the small print gives 40 spins at ten pence for £20 staked on slots in a day, so £4.00 of play, and the 200 only arrives if you do that on five separate days — £100 staked for £20 of spins. Winnings are capped at £250. There is no deposit match and no bonus balance, and the site does not say which slots qualify.

Can I read GRP Casino's terms and conditions?

We could not. The link is in the footer and the path is grpcasino.com/terms-and-conditions/, but every attempt to load it through a British connection returned a server error. The group's terms, which cover the licensee and the agency arrangement, are readable on corporate.kwiff.com.
