Gamesys Operations Limited Sister Sites

Gamesys Operations Limited holds Gambling Commission account 38905 on a single licence, 038905-R-319430-022, covering remote bingo and casino since 1 November 2014, real-event betting since 23 May 2016 and virtual-event betting since 29 August 2024. The register gives its head office as Suite 2, Floor 4, Waterport Place, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA — the address printed in all six brand footers — and records no trading names and no premises.

The account carries 13 domains: 3 Active (ballycasino.co.uk, doublebubblebingo.com, jackpotjoy.com), 9 White Label and 1 Inactive (megawayscasino.com). 6 brands behind 12 live domains. Six of the twelve are Rainbow Riches addresses for one site — rainbowrichescasino.com serves it and the other five redirect there or point nowhere — so they collapse to Rainbow Riches Casino. The remaining five domains are one brand each: Jackpotjoy, Virgin Games, MONOPOLY Casino, Double Bubble Bingo and Bally Casino, which now trades as Bally Bet. Counting register rows would have published 12 brands where there are 6.

Megaways Casino has changed operator, and both halves are on the register. megawayscasino.com is Inactive on Gamesys' account, while www.megawayscasino.com is Active on account 39326, Skill On Net Ltd. The live site agrees: "Play Megaways online with confidence on a platform operated by Skill on Net Ltd., fully licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (Licence No. 39326)." It also does not serve the shared Astro stylesheet the six Gamesys brands serve.

On 22/11/2023 the Commission imposed a total financial penalty of £6,071,292 on Gamesys Operations Limited, including a divestment of £165,042, together with a warning and an additional condition on the licence. The failures were between November 2021 and July 2022: breached paragraph 2 of licence condition 12.1.1 — anti-money laundering, prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; breached paragraph 1 of licence condition 12.1.2 — anti-money laundering measures for operators based in foreign jurisdictions; failed to comply with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Social Responsibility Code of Practice 3.4.1 — customer interaction; non-adherence to Ordinary Code Provision 2.1.1 — the Commission's anti-money laundering guidance for remote and non-remote casinos. The Licensee co-operated with the Commission throughout the investigation and advised that it had taken corrective steps. The Commission found no evidence of criminal monies being deposited by the specific customers looked at during its review. This action sits on account 38905 itself — the licence all six brands trade on.

Three other UK accounts in the same corporate family record no regulatory action: Gamesys Limited (3439), Bally's Interactive LLC (64864), Bally's (Newcastle) Limited (1938). Bally's (Newcastle) Limited holds a land-based Casino 1968 Act licence with one premises and, separately, a remote casino licence held since 15 July 2014 that carries no domains at all.

All six brands ship an app in both stores, and every Android package identifier starts with the operator's name: com.gamesys.jackpotjoy, com.gamesys.virgingamesslots, com.gamesys.monopolycasino, com.gamesys.ballycasinouk, com.gamesys.doublebubblebingo, com.gamesys.rainbowrichescasino. Each Play Store listing returned 200 on 28 September 2026. A package name is set by the publisher and cannot be altered after release without a new listing, which makes this one of the most durable links in the estate — and it preserves the old brand name at Bally Casino, whose app is still com.gamesys.ballycasinouk under a product now called Bally Bet. Double Bubble Bingo's mobile-app page links two Apple listings: its own (id1587350337) and Bally Casino's (id6449834900), the latter appearing under two different URL slugs, bally-casino-slots-gambling and bally-bet-sports-casino — the Apple listing was renamed when the brand was.

Request /terms on 5 of the six domains — www.jackpotjoy.com, www.virgingames.com, www.rainbowrichescasino.com, www.doublebubblebingo.com, www.ballycasino.co.uk — and the same 5753-byte file comes back every time. Normalise the one per-request Cloudflare token and the SHA-256 is identical on all five (df5b3c802f126bc05f104d07fd0a4fa5…). It is a client-side application shell for a platform the code calls "unicorn", version 1.1053.0, served from cdn00.prod.eu00.aws.ballys.tech, and it carries a noindex tag.

That shared file hard-codes the operator's own brand list twice. A "loginSeoByHost" map names 8 hosts with the page title each should show — including www.jackpotjoy.com, www.virgingames.com, www.ballycasino.co.uk, play.monopolycasino.com and the two Spanish sites monopolycasino.es and botemania.es. A "ventureCssMap" then lists 8 brand stylesheets, all at design-system version 0.285.0: ballys-all.min.css, jackpot-joy.min.css, botemania.min.css, double-bubble.min.css, monopoly.min.css, monopoly.min.css, rainbow-riches.min.css, virgin-games.min.css. The word the code uses for a brand is "venture".

The six marketing sites are a separate server-rendered build, and every one of them links the same build-hashed stylesheet, /_astro/PageLayout.BLz3X7iE.css. A content hash in a filename changes whenever the file changes, so one hash across six domains means one build produced all six. Megaways Casino, whose domain is Inactive on this account and Active on Skill On Net's, does not serve it.

Rainbow Riches Casino's About page states the group's membership in plain English: "Rainbow Riches Casino is operated by Gamesys, a Bally's Corporation Company, that provides entertainment to a global consumer base." and then "Bally's brands include Rainbow Riches Casino, Bally Casino, Jackpotjoy, Virgin Games, MONOPOLY Casino, Double Bubble Bingo, Botemania and Vera&John." Two of those brands, Botemania and Vera&John, are not on the UK licence. The list says "Bally Casino", which is the name on the register, while the site at ballycasino.co.uk calls itself Bally Bet.

Four brands on one licence describe the corporate relationship four different ways. Jackpotjoy: "Nowadays, Jackpotjoy is owned by Bally's Corporation and operated by Gamesys Operations Limited (part of Bally's)." Virgin Games: "Virgin Games was launched in 2013 by the Virgin Group, originally operated by Gamesys, and is now owned by Bally's Corporation." Rainbow Riches Casino: "Rainbow Riches Casino is operated by Gamesys, a Bally's Corporation Company." MONOPOLY Casino states it the other way round: "MONOPOLY Casino was launched in 2016 by Hasbro, and is a Bally's Corporation Company that is owned by Gamesys." Bally's Corporation acquired Gamesys in 2021, so Gamesys does not own a Bally's company.

The six casino welcomes share one set of qualifying requirements — register, opt in before the first deposit, deposit £10, wager £10 in cash on any slot game(s) — and differ only in the reward. Jackpotjoy and Virgin Games pay 100 free spins; MONOPOLY Casino, Rainbow Riches Casino, Double Bubble Bingo and Bally Casino pay 30. All are at "1p coin size, 10 lines", so 100 spins is £10 of spins and 30 spins is £3, for the same £10 in. Each brand points its spins at a different game: Fishin Frenzy The Big Catch 2, GAME OF THRONES, MONOPOLY Cash Is King, Rainbow Riches Pick N Mix, Double Bubble Cash Wall, Eye Of Horus Legacy Of Gold.

The free spins on every brand read: "Free Spins … have no wagering requirements and there is no cash alternative to Free Spins." The rules also say the deposit balance and any winnings "are withdrawable at any time during this promotion". That is unusually clean for a UK welcome offer, and it is the same sentence on all six.

One weekly slots wheel runs on all six brands under six names — Wheel of Joy (Jackpotjoy), Virgin Prize Wheel (Virgin Games), MONOPOLY Wheel (MONOPOLY Casino), Prize Play Wheel (Bally Casino), Bubble-O-Meter (Double Bubble Bingo), Wheel O Riches (Rainbow Riches Casino) — and five of the six carry identical small print: "Per week: min. wagers of £10 - £1,000 on slot(s), individual cash prizes of £0.05-£60, max. 4 wheels (1 per wager level met). Progress resets weekly. Auto opt-out if no wagering in 28 days." Rainbow Riches Casino's version is smaller on every number: wagers of £10 – £500 rather than £10 – £1,000, prizes of £0.05 – £30 rather than £0.05 – £60, and a maximum of 3 wheels rather than 4.

Each welcome is scoped to its own site, not to the group: "If you opt in to this promotion, you will not be eligible for any other welcome offer on the website or any other promotion restricted to new members as made available from time to time." Nothing read on any of the six extends that bar to a sister brand, and nothing read forbids holding accounts at more than one. Untested by registering twice.

None of the six responsible-gambling pages says a self-exclusion, time-out or deposit limit set at one brand reaches any of the others. Each points to GAMSTOP for blocking gambling sites generally. The minimum period is not even consistent inside the licence: Jackpotjoy, Double Bubble Bingo and Rainbow Riches Casino set self-exclusion at "between six months and five years", while Virgin Games, MONOPOLY Casino and Bally Casino offer it from six weeks. The full terms, where a group-wide clause would sit, render client-side on five of the six and were not read.

The six brands do not name the same safer-gambling schemes. Jackpotjoy, MONOPOLY Casino, Double Bubble Bingo and Rainbow Riches Casino name GAMSTOP, GamCare, Gamban and TalkBanStop. Virgin Games' page names GamProtect but not GAMSTOP. Bally Casino's page names none of them, only GambleAware. GAMSTOP participation is a Commission licence condition for every operator here, so this is a difference in what the pages tell a reader, not evidence about the service itself.

Four of the six run bingo, and they share rooms outright rather than renaming them the way Rank Interactive's bingo brands do. Superlinks Bingo, Bubble Up Bingo, Bingo Times appear on all four; Superlinks 75 and Session Bingo on the three bingo-led brands. Jackpotjoy lists 15 rooms, Double Bubble Bingo 13, Virgin Games 10 and Rainbow Riches Casino 4 — and Rainbow Riches Casino owns none of its four, every one being a sister brand's room. MONOPOLY Casino and Bally Casino link no bingo room at all, though MONOPOLY Casino's own About page promises bingo and its refer-a-friend rules require £50 wagered "on bingo and/or slots".

All six sites print the same four payment logos in the same order — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa — followed by the same two badges, Fast Withdrawals and Responsible Gaming. No site names an e-wallet, a voucher or a bank transfer in that strip. What this shows is one build and one footer component; it is not a check of what the cashier accepts once you are logged in, which we have not done.

Two of the four brands with bingo rooms still publish a bingo welcome that no new player can have. Virgin Games' rules offer 50 free bingo tickets above the sentence "This Promotion is no longer available to new members who had not registered before 10:00am on 18th February 2026", and Rainbow Riches Casino's offer the same 50 tickets above the same sentence dated 25th March 2026. All six footers carry one copyright line, and it names a company the Gambling Commission register does not: "Copyright © Bally's Intralot and/or its affiliates and licensors 2026." The licensee on the register is Gamesys Operations Limited. The Gibraltar detail differs between brands on the same licence too: Jackpotjoy, MONOPOLY Casino, Bally Casino and Rainbow Riches Casino cite "RGL No. 46 and RGL No. 153", while Virgin Games and Double Bubble Bingo cite RGL No. 46 alone. Virgin Games is the only brand whose footer licenses its own NAME from a third party — "VIRGIN and the Virgin Signature logo are registered trade marks of Virgin Enterprises Limited and are used under licence" — alongside the separate trademark lines carried by MONOPOLY Casino, Rainbow Riches Casino and Double Bubble Bingo.

On Jackpotjoy, Virgin Games, Rainbow Riches Casino, Double Bubble Bingo and Bally Casino, the full terms and conditions at /terms are a JavaScript-only page carrying a noindex tag. MONOPOLY Casino is the only one of the six that serves its terms as a readable page. A reader who wants the contract has to run JavaScript to see it, and a search engine is told not to index it. Our clause comparison therefore covers the promotional rules pages only, and the real overlap between these brands' documents is higher than the 12 sentences we can prove.
