BV Gaming Limited Sister Sites

BV Gaming Limited holds Gambling Commission account 39576 under licence 039576-R-319370-028: remote casino and both general betting activities from 1 November 2014, gambling software from 24 March 2015 and bingo from 31 March 2021, the year Heart Bingo launched on it. The register gives a head office in the World Trade Center, Gibraltar.

The register lists 10 domains on account 39576: 3 Active (betvictor.com, betvictor.mobi and hbingo.co.uk), 6 White Label (betano.co.uk, heartbingo.co.uk, parimatch.co.uk, smoothspins.co.uk, talksportbet.co.uk and www.talksportbet.com) and 1 Inactive (puntit.co.uk). Those nine live domains are six brands.

Puntit, which BVGroup launched in June 2025 as its first software-as-a-service partnership, is gone: puntit.co.uk is Inactive on the register, its trading name is Inactive, and the domain now redirects to a page reading "Puntit UK has ceased operating." It is the only retired brand on the account.

On 24 February 2022 the Gambling Commission announced that BV Gaming Limited, trading as BetVictor, would pay £2m after an investigation found fairness, social responsibility and money-laundering failures. The announcement names the sites the operator ran: betvictor.com, betvictor.mobi, hbingo.co.uk, heartbingo.co.uk, parimatch.co.uk.

The register's regulatory-actions tab for account 39576 reads "No regulatory actions have been recorded for this business." The £2m settlement of February 2022 is findable only on the Commission's news pages — a register-only check misses it.

BVGroup's own history page dates every partner brand on the licence: the Parimatch white-label site in 2020, Heart Bingo in 2021, talkSPORT BET in 2022, Betano in 2024 and Smooth Spins in 2025, plus Puntit, "our first SaaS partnership", in 2025. It says the business was established by William Chandler in 1946, took the name BetVictor in 2012, changed to its current ownership in 2014 and rebranded as BVGroup in 2023.

The partner sites name who owns the brand. Betano's homepage says "Betano is owned by Kaizen Gaming" and "Betano UK is operated by BV Gaming Limited under license from the UK Gambling Commission". Heart Bingo's and Smooth Spins' footers each say the brand "is being used under licence from Global Media Group Services Limited".

Every site read — BetVictor, Heart Bingo, Smooth Spins, talkSPORT BET and Betano — carries the same footer: the website "is operated by BV Gaming Limited (trading as" the brand, company 42734, registered at Portland House, Glacis Road and trading from the World Trade Center, Gibraltar. Players outside Great Britain and Ireland are served by a second company, BV (Gibraltar) Limited, company 102502, under Gibraltar licences 001 and 014.

Five GB terms documents were compared sentence by sentence with the brand names masked. Each runs to 609–642 sentences of 40 characters or more, and 551 of them are identical in all five. The closest pair is talkSPORT BET and Betano at 618 shared sentences; the furthest, BetVictor and Heart Bingo, still share 565. Four of the five state they were last updated on 15 June 2026.

Clause 10.3 of every terms document read makes the win cap a group limit: "If you hold an account with another brand operated by BV Gaming Limited, please note that maximum payouts on bets apply across all BV Gaming Limited brands." A player with accounts at BetVictor and talkSPORT BET is one customer for maximum-payout purposes.

The registration conditions in every document read treat the brands as one customer relationship on two points: you must not have "previously had an account closed by" the brand "or another of BV Gaming Limited's brands for any reason", and you must not be "currently subject to a self-exclusion from" the brand "or another BV Gaming Limited's brands". A self-exclusion or closure at one brand is a bar to opening an account at the others.

Accounts are counted per brand, not per licence: the terms treat it as a breach only if you have "if we discover or have reason to believe that you have deliberately or fraudulently opened or are using more than one account with the same BV brand". Balances, verification and bonuses do not move between sites.

The terms state "Your funds are protected at the level: high protection." — customer money held in a trust account under a formal trust deed. An account is Dormant after 396 days with no deposit, withdrawal, bet or bingo ticket, and a £5 monthly administration fee may then accrue, though it is not deducted until the account has been Dormant for twelve consecutive months.

One platform, visible from outside. Every partner domain — Betano, Parimatch, Heart Bingo, Smooth Spins and talkSPORT BET — returns the same custom response header, x-bv-rhp: cors-allow-all-cache-control, and the same geo-block page word for word ("It appears you are accessing our website from a prohibited location. Local regulations prohibit us from allowing you to log in or place bets on our website."). betvictor.com itself returns x-bv-version: v13.35.17. All six sites share one URL scheme (/en-gb/offer, /en-gb/pages/terms-conditions) and load their scripts from assets-core-prd.gaming-assets.com; the casino sites' cashier sits at /en-gb/bv_cashier/overview. BVGroup names the platform BV:360.

The four help centres read — helpcentre.betvictor.com, helpcentre.heartbingo.co.uk, helpcentre.smoothspins.co.uk and helpcentre.talksportbet.com — run on one help-desk system: articles 199155, 518574, 518580 carry the same ids at every one of them, and Heart Bingo and Smooth Spins even share their account-verification article, 532674.

The UK payment articles in all four help centres list the same three deposit methods — debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay — and none lists PayPal. Withdrawals are approved within 24 hours, reach a UK bank in 1–3 working days by bank transfer, and land within 30 minutes of approval by Fast Funds debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Balances between £1 and £5 can only be withdrawn by asking customer services.

One promotion runs across the licence: the "10k Raffle" appears with identical wording on Heart Bingo's and Smooth Spins' offer pages — a ticket for every £10 played on qualifying slots, 50 tickets a day at most, one £10,000 winning ticket, closing at 11:59pm on 27 September 2026 — and as a "£10,000 Raffle" menu item on BetVictor and talkSPORT BET.

Reporting of the public statement breaks the £2m down as a £1.7m payment in lieu of a financial penalty, £352,000 of gross gaming yield divested and £11,000 towards costs, covering 1 January 2019 to 12 March 2020. The failings included no evidence of effective due diligence in the majority of customer accounts reviewed, large deposits accepted before source-of-funds checks, and terms that breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015 on fairness.
